Purchased 2 plus size blouses. IMO the sizing chart is very wrong. Too bad. The material and style was great. Just didn't fit properly. They MUST get prepaid returns. Very expensive however, they did give a couple options.
Would I order from them again? Probably not, because of the return policy.

Sent my measurements in to Light and received my garment in the time allotted. The pantsuit fit perfectly in length and width. I'm very happy with Light in the Box.
I'v gotting some orders that were the wrong size and other orders that i wasn't totally satisified with and i wish there were larger sizes to choose from but overall i'm okay with proceeding to still order.
Unfortunately, as I am very tall, old and fussy, everything was very neat and prompt…
Two pairs pants were too small at the waist, sweaters too short and too tight in the waist... The bracelet was perfect. Unfortunatly, by now, too many things should be exchanged and returned.I can't afford to lose my money like this…

The sale prices of the shirts I bought was leaving me the question of what kind of quality I would be receiving but I was pleasantly surprised by the look and feel of the products I received. They fit great and people have commented on how nice they look on me. The colors are true and they have washed well. Good bang for the buck in my opinion.
There were no problems. Items came when expected. They are very comfortable. Sizing was correct.
I ordered a t-shirt with a front pocket, received one with a line simulating a pocket. Very obvious on the pictures.
They responded quickly for a return, however, the choices are:
-keep it and we will give you a coupon worth 80% of the value of the t-shirt,
-keep it and we will give you 60% of the value of the t-shirt - picked this option and received 60% of the price, no refund on taxes... no way to know if they will pay the taxes to the government or keep it for themselves (in my case, this meant an extra 15 %),
-send it back for full refund.
They did refund within 48 hrs.
OTHERWISE: good quality material, and good looking product.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
