I ordered items one week ago and it still has not shipped. I planned on using the items for vacation. I ordered from another company the same day, and those items are arriving Wednesday. So I will get my other order delivered before Light in the Box even ships. They make excuse after excuse. They even said my cell phone number was not correct and delaying the order which is complete BS to cover their errors. The products look nice, but the customer service is AS BAD AS IT GETS. If you run into problems like mine, whereby it is going on 8 days and still being processed, I can assure you nothing will be resolved They have not upgraded to a faster shipping, no discount, but only going in circles. It's not September 3rd and expected to get my things in the next few days and they sent me a message 3 x already stating it will be shipped in 48 hours, that elapsed each time and each time they make a new excuse..

I placed an order in July. Upon receing an update on order status, I noticed that the address was wrong. I tried everything to contact the company but was unable to get anything other than, "Wait til it is delivered!".
Finally at the end of August, I was able to finally say, I did not receive my order. I was told that it was delivered and to try and find it myself. I explained the address error and was then told, if I gave the wrong address, which did not happen, Light in the Box was not at fault and this was my problem. I in turn replied, that I have no knowledge of the address that ended up on the order but after checking, it was over 3 hours from where I in fact live. Light in the bax replied that if I paid 50% of original order plus shipping they would resend my items. I will never order from them again and will warn everyone I know, of these malicious attitudes towards customers.
UPDATE:
On September 3,2023 I received a refund along with a request to amend my review. I stated, back to them, that my review stands due to the fact that this action was only prompted from my honest and frustrated review of being a customer.

I have a made several purchases from this site. The shipping is overall fast. The more you have in an order the longer it seems to take. The quality of the items all seem to be very good. So far their sizes seem to run a little small. Not a whole size smaller though. I would recommend this site as a good place to shop.

The shorts I ordered are made from light weight garbage. They offered return to China! These garments are garbage. Returns had to be made to China paid by me. And not to New Jersey where the shorts were shipped from. Beware

Male models make shirts look unbelievable. Upon arrival of my golf polo shirt, soon realized cheap was not talking about the cost but the craftsmanship of the shirt. So cheaply made, stitching was bad, tips of collar two different sizes. Really disappointed, first and last item bought from LightIn the Box.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
