Je l'ai quand même pris parce que je voulais à tout prix que la robe que j'avais commandée pour le mariage de mon fils arrive à temps. Mais là commande est arrivée trop tard. Alors j'ai retourné la robe et j'ai encore dû payer des frais d'expédition de 50$. Je ne recommanderai plus de Liteinthebox, à moins qu'il ne fasse l'envoi (et le retour) de commande gratuitement, comme Shein.

I was happy with 4 of the shirts. I was disappointed with the 2 other shirts that were not what I ordered. One was a woman's XL shirt instead of a men's XL and the other shirt that arrived was not of the option I had ordered.
Bought some shoes that were far too wide. Trying to return, this is the response I got.
"We're sorry that you want to return the product. Sorry that we don't have the return label, please return it to our Asia warehouse by the cheapest tracking service in the post office. Usually, it costs $10-$40, and it takes 2-4 weeks for delivery. The refund GBP 51 will be issued once we receive it and pass the quality check."
Shipping takes a little longer than when you order within the US. I wish the sizing was more accurate. Very hard to know what size to order.

After a purchase of several items about I was not satisfied due to the fact that there was no description regarding the texture of materials and it was not on my taste, being much more elastic (but I have to mention that the items were perfectly corresponding to the colours and shape posted on the website), I returned the order. It taked a while, and unfortunately there was no meaning to contact the management of the site, unless electronic (but not mail or something), and I could find a connection, through facebook if I remember well, and I have to recognize that, despite that I thought it is a lost cause, and I will never see my refund, they answered promptly and managed to get my refund. When I ordered a men's pant of size 33, i received the size 36, which is too big. In order to return back I will have to pay more to return the item than its value. Next I ordered 4 polo, all "M" size, out of all 4, one was extra small, which can only fit a child. I was offered $19.31 credit and being a good customer, I was offered a reward of $39.58 to use against my next purchase, which never happened. I fill out the survey and was offered $10.00 and this was taken away. All that just for few dollars, and nothing but lies. I have kept all their e-mails to prove it.

Loving the customers service! The products were exactly as described. Delivery on date brief totally awesome experience. I have ordered more than once and satisfied everytime and more purchase on the board to get... highly recommended
Warning expect poor quality and colours posted on the website didn't match with item i received.You have to pay for shipping to china when you're not satisfied with the colour of one item. I was informed I would receive a partial refund within 3-4 business day. It is over a month and it shows on their site that they have closed the order. Bottom line they don't provide any customer service or satisfaction. So expect that you are throwing your money away.

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
