This is a reasonably decent site for buying/selling but the minute you need assistance with customer service, you might as well cancel you account and move on, as I have done. 6 months into an active account, all of the sudden my clients were all texting, "What happened?" "Where is your account and listings?" To my dismay and with zero advance notice, some genius in LETGO decided to mark my account "pending modification" which also sends emails to all active clients this message,"This Buyer no longer wants to buy your item, better go find another buyer or seller" WOW, not only did it take them 48 hours to realize they screwed up and attempt to reinstate my account, they mispelled my email address by 2 letters making it impossible for me to edit, add or delete any listings! 15 emails and 9 days later, they still are clueless as to how to correct their mistakes, and I am convinced their customer service dept consists of one poor fellow named SIMON that can do nothing other than send me the same blanket email on how to change my email address even though for 9 days I have told him in the shortest words and smallest concepts that isnt possible for me to do, since they messed this account up to begin with and when i attempt over and over and over to follow their inane comments, just get the same email, "this account is already registered so no luck" Wow, what a joke, honestly I can sayI have wasted so much time just to be foiled by ignorance in the useless customer servicee department. Go to Offerup or 5 miles, anything but this useless site! Save yourself the eye twitching

Everything bad that i have read here, I have experienced it myself:)
I joined this site because of all the commercials but they don't tell you about the 90% of peep on here being low lifes that have nothing to do but to complicate and ruin things for the rest of us.
This site is a joke, along with the rest of them out their.
I guess you can't keep the idiots away from any sites. They are everywhere.
-Tired of wasting my time answering stupid questions that are already in the description for my items.
-Tired of people trying to get everything 1/2 price from the low price that i have already posted.
- Tired of completing a negotiation and peep changing their minds.
-Tired of moran's continue to ask "is it still available" and no response after that
-Tired of idiots that have nothing better to do ruining it for all of us
-LOL i was just trying to Letgo of few items that i don't need, never thought of selling them till i saw the commercial, but this is to frustrating, put that on your commercials lol
-Not sure if my next buyer will be at the location since twice they haven't showed up nor communicated. Well i know he is not going to be there because i am done with this site :)-

There has to be more efficient way of running a site like these

I tried the app, and like everyone else, had the same experience with bull$#*! buyers. The only way to delete my account was to make a request to customer service. I made several requests and they would never delete it! But I always got the survey asking how the service was a few days later. Since they didn't want to delete my account, I decided it was time to take matters in to my own hands. Do you want to delete your account but had no luck? This is what you do:
Start listing porn collections. Go to google and type in porn collection, then click on images. With your phone, take a picture of any of the images that come up. Post the pic you took and In the title, call it "Mega Porn Collection"!
Pretty soon, you will get a warning letting you know that your item was deleted. Immediately post it again, by this time your account should be under review. If they don't delete your account after review, repeat the process.

I like that app and I buy some stuff from and some of the sailers is very good nice but some even you make offers in item they but appointments to meet them in public place they never show up and 1 hur later send you a massage from let go and say ohhh I was there how come I didn't see you even when they have your cell number and after the gontoi your page and put bad reviews like offer good person don't show up waisting my time is not bite that Kind of bad reviews but they don't look for they self how they waist people time I drive from my place 40 min to meet the person and buy the item after tonight person go to my page and put bad reviews... is that fair? But some salers my god I have one today I buy something they even ship the item to me and give me a tracking number even best packaging to send me and fallow up with me until now you can say here doesn't matter you buy $10 or $******* they fallow up with you not going to your page and live a bad review why because buyer have flat tire and didn't make in appointment and beside make another appointment say your a time waisted or live a bad review I am sooo sorry body you lose the sale not me,,,,,,,,

I created an account and when it loaded my profile it listed me in Romania. I live in United States and could not use site. I tried all the suggested changes but still would not change my profile country. I contacted the company by mail and they basically told me the same steps. What good is a site if you can not use it.
