Don't even bother. We only had one person out of 30 that got off their lazy butts and showed up. I took off work because they told me when they would be at my house. Never again. I've actually made purchases on this app and I'm not a rude jerk so I showed up to pick it up. God forbid anyone has any class or consideration. Trash app with trashy people.
I got tons of scammers and people asking is this still available, I respond quickly and you NEVER hear back from anyone! I had this app for two years and NO ONE buys anything from you! All they do is waste your time. I wish they would just take this app down completely it's a waste. No one is reliable they all set up appointments with you and NEVER show up they don't even take a moment to let you know they're not coming! I truly believe this app was created by retailers because they are losing business on merchandise that we the sellers post for a lot less money and these retailers want to make us get tired of posting and dealing with online selling and simply say, I'm tired of this $#*! so I'm not selling on line anymore so that they, the retailers get business. So many people ask questions about your item and they never respond back, these people are hired by retailers to annoy the crap out of us so we stop selling. This app is NOT for us to sell it's for them to annoy and waste our time. Hate this app with a passion, it's annoying as HELL! Zero stars definitely! I hope this app goes away forever!
If you sell anything of value you may end up getting robbed. It may work for cheap things that normally sell at yard sales, but even then the people are often don't show. It's not worth the risk to sell things here.
It seems like if there's no activity on your account they send out an automatic message saying is your item still for sale to keep you linked to their site because when you reply back nobody's ever there answering you back.
I have 22 responses on Rv, it WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO ANSWER! Tried 3 days, it says " reply". Hit reply. It asks u if u want to browse. I hit return arrow, spent lots of tme describing RV, THEY ALL WERE RETURNED. NOT ENOUGH CURSE WORDS FOR LETGO INCOMPETENCE,!

Made an account last night. Posted 8 items. Lady asks if one is available, and I say yes it is. She then asks about details of the dress that were already listed and let her know. She messaged me at around midnight about these details as I'm about to go to sleep. I responded to her initial questions the moment she asked them and then nothing so I went to sleep. I was sleeping and I woke up to a 1-star review that my 'response time was too slow.' Keeps asking about the product details that are still listed as I mentioned to her already and then nothing. I don't know how it is possible to write a review if a sale isn't even made. I literally had this app less than 12 hours and was already poorly reviewed even though I responded within minutes before falling asleep. Have also seen accounts that ask about my listings that have reviews where they haven't sold anything or have anything listed. Fake accounts everywhere and they want your location info. Sketchy. I deleted immediately. Stay away from this awful app.

This app is full of people who are inconsiderate and think the world revolves around them. They simply say they're interested in the item and take time out of your day to say that they are wanting to buy the item, but to only flake and disregard anything prior and lowball you last minute. I have been using the app myself for a couple months now and have had more than 20 people flake on me. They simply do nothing more other than block you and right a poor review about you, which is harmful to your reviews. Would not recommend to use at, it's the worst app ever which is paired with their customer service.
This is the worst app to sell i listed a brand new ps4 gold editon and in less that 2 hrs i received like 10 offers to use paypal, to ship the item, and 3 persons offered me $200.00 to ship it which is obviously a scam i will not recommend this app to sell the worst one and letgo campany don't do anything to fix that problem

People are flakes here. They message me saying they are interested and then don't respond when I message them about the pricing.
I continually get chats, and or offers, after I respond, nothing! Why do they bother you? Fun? I think it's more of a sight for the bored.
Anything you put for sale will result in offers for half as much

- you cant search keywords in specific categories, makes searching for anything specific extremely difficult
So I am starting to think this app is a joke I recieved about 6 messages for 1 item & they all got upset bc I didn't want to text them so it blocked me from sending messages which was weird & then they would say they want it &a all of a sudden they would say not interested like WTH let go of letgo bc it's a scam & it's even more weird how I have no idea what they're possibly doing behind the screen. Super sketchy, unsafe.
This App SUCKS! Nothing but scammers! They want you to ship the item to them in another state while they claim to pay you an extra $100 for shipping using PayPal. Then there's people who just favorite your item and do nothing. Then I had a person that said they wanted to buy my item for $200 when it's listed for $800! They knocked off $600 bucks they crazy! Never using this site again.
4 messages within minutes of listing a new item is along these lines. "Is it still available?" I reply "yes". I never get an answer back. Or you will have the obvious scammer asking you if it is in good condition and if you can send it to their family members overseas and hand them over your paypal account... Save your time, save yourself the frustration, stay away from LETGO!
I've listed at least two dozen items from medical equipment to perfectly working refrigerators to furniture for low prices and haven't sold anything. "Is the item still available?" "What size is it?" Over snd over again. Site is full of scammers, morons or just plain lonely people looking for a friend. You're better off just throwing the stuff in the trash and saving your time and effort.
Waste of time... super easy to post... but every customer reply mysteriously stop enquiring soon as they realize they can only pay when they pick something up. (Easiest way to weed out the scammers is by insisting on cash when picking up)
This app is horrible. It allows uneducated buyers to misrepresent their products and if even dare to correct them or suggest they change the listing they can review you immediately without doing any transaction with you, say horrible things and then block you so you cannot respond. Furthermore, half of the people do not respond when asked a question and just as many do not follow through you when you set up a meet. I've deleted it and will never reinstall.
