I think this company means well but needs to work on their communication. I finally got my order in today after 3 months. Better late than never. The sunglasses are great and exactly what I wanted!
I recommend contacting them through their email. They will get back to you eventually. I feel confident they are decent people.
I ordered my sunglasses from Lensntrends in October 2022. Since then I have emailed multiple times asking for updates or a refund. I received two replies with apologies and that they will send my sunglasses out in a week. The first reply was December and no sunglasses. I just heard from them this week, January 2023. I will see if they follow through this time.

Waited 2 weeks after I placed the order without receiving a shipping update. I emailed them and then they were dispatched the same day. Not sure why there was a delay, but I did receive the sunglasses that I ordered. I would be a hesitant to use them again in the future.

This is the worst online site to purchase anything! I will be reporting them to the BBB for fraud. I purchased a pair of Gucci frames and never received any tracking. You cannot get in contact with anyone via the number they provide on their website. One Haley sent me an email saying I will receive my frame a week after I purchased it, that never happened. When I contacted her again via email, she repeated the same thing. I am yet to receive a tracking number, not to mention my frame.
My advice for anyone reading this message is RUN FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Very upsetting. Still waiting to receive my glasses. My daughter ordered a pair from here too and they came with a prescription in them. She hasn't received the correct pair. I am out nearly $600 with no resolution. Buyer beware!
Ghosted me for two weeks while I tried to reach them through email, iMessage, and Instagram. I had to dispute their charge with my credit card company.
Let me say that lensntrends are the best. From start to finish just amazing even sent my sister to them. That's how good they are. And will send all my friends when they need glasses they are fast and courteous and just great people over all. So if your looking for the best. Lensntrends I would recommend 5 stars.
I ordered sunglasses 6 weeks ago. I have called/ emailed 2-3 times per week to check on my order. Every time I am told that they have the frames, but waiting on the "box" from the warehouse so they can ship them to me. I am promised that it should just be 2-3 more days and I will "have them next week." Next week comes and goes and still no sunglasses.
I finally had enough today, and asked for a refund. We will see if that ever happens, either!
It's now been a week since I've ordered my glasses and they still haven't even shipped. This is after I payed extra for expedited shipping. I also tried to address this issue through their website and haven't gotten a response in two days. Not even a confirmation email that they received my message. I'll be calling and expecting a refund.
I ordered my glasses on April 10th and still have no emails or texts about my shipping updates, as I was promised. No glasses have come in the mail, and there's no way to track my order outside of downloading some app that is asking for information I don't want to or need to share with it to track a package. I need these to drive at night, and I was hoping to have them by now.
Where are my glasses, guys?
