I think this company means well but needs to work on their communication. I finally got my order in today after 3 months. Better late than never. The sunglasses are great and exactly what I wanted!
I recommend contacting them through their email. They will get back to you eventually. I feel confident they are decent people.

I ordered my sunglasses from Lensntrends in October 2022. Since then I have emailed multiple times asking for updates or a refund. I received two replies with apologies and that they will send my sunglasses out in a week. The first reply was December and no sunglasses. I just heard from them this week, January 2023. I will see if they follow through this time.

I ordered some Wiley X sunglasses over 2 weeks ago and the SHOP app says order placed. I have tried emailing Lendsntrends twice with no reply. I will gladly accept my refund but I can't get any reply. This company/ website is terrible. Do not use.
