Hi. I need to make a retraction. It turns out that lenstrend attempted to contact me to inform me that the frames ordered had been discontinued. My apologies to them and to the viewers. They reached out to me. They are very attentive to their customer's needs. I would definitely give them a try.
If you need frames in a hurry, this is not the site to order from. And if you don't request updates, you won't receive any. It's been 3 weeks and no word from them.
Great quality frames for a great price. There customer service was top notch so professional and helpful. I love my new Oakley glasses and couldn't be happier with my experience and glasses! I will shop again with them and recommend them to everyone I know!

I placed an order for some KS sunglasses that I found out weren't available from the site. The site took over 2 weeks to inform me of this and only acknowledged that I had no product after I sent an email. They then informed me that the product wasn't available from the manufacturer. In the email that stated this, they showed me alternate KS styles I might like. I chose not to respond to the email as I was not interested in the other styles. So, Lensntrends then went on to charge me the full price of the sunglasses that weren't available even though they had no product shipped to me! I had to tell them I wasn't interested in another style and so then they offered me a refund. The refund never hit my account and I had to start a dispute of the charge with my credit card company who was able to remove the charge from my statement. I would never recommend this place. How can you charge someone for something that you never provided them?!?
When I saw the price I thought it was a mistake, then I thought they would be knock-offs, but now I realize they are OEM sunglasses at an excellent price. The customer service responded all my questions pre-sale and post-sale the very same day.
Have not received my item or a refund. Customer service is hard to get in contact with. I've sent emails and haven't heard anything back- concerned about this company being a scam.
Item not in stock. Other item suggested. No reply for 2 days after they were told I don't want a different product and want their pre-approved charge to be removed from my bank account.
Try calling, emailing, messaging this company since the page says "order confirmed" for over a week. They have my money but I cant reach them to see if the product is on the way.
Even though I am still waiting for my merchandise the customer service team has been great so far assisting me with updates to my purchase and providing pricing adjustments.

Have yet to receive my purchase. No correspondence from the company. No tracking. No email back. It's been 2 weeks. And I paid for expedited shipping.
Ordered sunglasses, no confirmation. Called over a week later to check on order. Not in stock, had to order from manufacturer. Poor communication, very unsatisfactory
I never received the glasses I paid for. After numerous emails and phone calls no response. 400$ sunglasses and 5 months later.
It turns out I made a mistake and ordered the wrong frames and only noticed it until I received the package; which promptly arrived as they promised. I called and spoke with Carrine Azulay, I explained my issue and she took over the situation. She was courteous and helpful, she instructed me to return the incorrect frames I ordered and I would receive the full refund or exchange. I stated I would like to exchange them. She indicated as soon as they received them she would process them and mail me the correct ones, since they were an even exchange. She came through with her word, I received the correct frames within 2 business days! I am so happy with her service and with the frames I ordered which are the Tiffany & Co TF2143B.
My order (1774) was placed on December 18th and it still has not shipped. I understand that the holidays may have impacted this but it seems quite long, especially since it is frames only.
Had great interactions with the people who emailed me about what was available in stock. Ordering was easy and order was fulfilled quickly without issue. Love the new glasses!
I ordered my son glasses and still haven't received my son glasses and I even tried to switch them because the ones that I picked are too big for his face and I still haven't received anything or an e-mail back about anything so i I want refund
I had to follow up three times about whether or not my order would be cancelled/refunded. It wasn't until I threatened to file a paypal dispute, did I receive an answer. Bad customer service.
