My Apology/Great Customer Service

Hi. I need to make a retraction. It turns out that lenstrend attempted to contact me to inform me that the frames ordered had been discontinued. My apologies to them and to the viewers. They reached out to me. They are very attentive to their customer's needs. I would definitely give them a try.

Quality Glasses!

Great quality frames for a great price. There customer service was top notch so professional and helpful. I love my new Oakley glasses and couldn't be happier with my experience and glasses! I will shop again with them and recommend them to everyone I know!

I have purchased several pairs of sunglasses from lensNtrends and love them. The glasses both for reading and sunglasses are authentic and beautiful. The items are shipped right away and their prices are amazing. I highly recommend buying all your glasses from lensNtrends.

I placed an order for some KS sunglasses that I found out weren't available from the site. The site took over 2 weeks to inform me of this and only acknowledged that I had no product after I sent an email. They then informed me that the product wasn't available from the manufacturer. In the email that stated this, they showed me alternate KS styles I might like. I chose not to respond to the email as I was not interested in the other styles. So, Lensntrends then went on to charge me the full price of the sunglasses that weren't available even though they had no product shipped to me! I had to tell them I wasn't interested in another style and so then they offered me a refund. The refund never hit my account and I had to start a dispute of the charge with my credit card company who was able to remove the charge from my statement. I would never recommend this place. How can you charge someone for something that you never provided them?!?

Excellent service and price!

When I saw the price I thought it was a mistake, then I thought they would be knock-offs, but now I realize they are OEM sunglasses at an excellent price. The customer service responded all my questions pre-sale and post-sale the very same day.

Great product and customer service

It turns out I made a mistake and ordered the wrong frames and only noticed it until I received the package; which promptly arrived as they promised. I called and spoke with Carrine Azulay, I explained my issue and she took over the situation. She was courteous and helpful, she instructed me to return the incorrect frames I ordered and I would receive the full refund or exchange. I stated I would like to exchange them. She indicated as soon as they received them she would process them and mail me the correct ones, since they were an even exchange. She came through with her word, I received the correct frames within 2 business days! I am so happy with her service and with the frames I ordered which are the Tiffany & Co TF2143B.

Had to follow up three times about a refund.

I had to follow up three times about whether or not my order would be cancelled/refunded. It wasn't until I threatened to file a paypal dispute, did I receive an answer. Bad customer service.
