Ordered over week ago still haven't received a shipped date. Contacted 3 times and finally got response said they would be in soon but still haven't heard anything. That was 3 days ago.

I have called and emailed. Payment made and item never received. Begining process through PayPal to get refund. Terrible business Will not purchase through Lensntrends again.

Lensntrends has exciellent customer service. I love my glasses they are exactly what I imagined. I will definitely return to there site in the future.

Wish had right product. Still waiting on order. Thought it would be here by Christmas. But still haven't even got a tracking numbers for it. Wish I get some information on what is going on

Seemingly helpful but until I receive the product I wouldn't say it's been a good experience. I made the most orders but both items are in back order and I have to wait extra long for my purchase

I love my new raybans! Customer service was great had no wait time when I called and was very helpful. And my order came a day early! Couldnt be happier!

Never received item no explanation I paid through paypal no response from the company however, when I went back to their site it stated what I wanted was out of stock?

Took 2 weeks to tell me my item wasn't available. No response to my email when I asked on status of order. Whether an item is available to ship should be known within a week so Customer can move on.

1, You order an item
2, Some time later they email you that product is not in stock
3, You ask for cancellation
4, They neglect your request, so you ask again
5, They say they cancel your order
6, They wait 5 months and charge your card, regardless...

My son Tatum who is 4 loves his new blue Rec Specs glasses I got his prescription put in theme today an he has to wear theme all time he is going in pre-k an he says he'll be the coolest kid in school with his new Rec Specs glasses

Needed to cancel my order because did not hear from the company. They replied very quick to avoid a cancellation. In addition They also expedited my order.

I emailed lensntrends about my eyeglasses and havent received a responds yet. My eyeglasses hasn't arrived, its been already 2 weeks. Yet still no responds

The website was easy to use, and they carried the glasses that my retail store said we're discontinued. They were a fair price and delivered to me quickly.

I've bought multiple pairs of sunglasses from them and loved all of them! No complaints! Always a swift purchase. I will continue to buy sunglasses from them.

I buy an item and I received it in good condition, one day if I need to buy an item I will buy it without no problem. Also I can recommend you to other people, thanks for all. Good bye.

Would love to know what's going on with my order. No acknowledgement of receiving order and certainly no exchange of info on order fulfillment. Not happy.

I ordered my glasses on 3/21 and received an e-mail stating that my glasses were shipped and to arrive on 3/28. It is now April and I still have not received my glasses.
