The absolute worst customer service. Long story, short. I reserved online and was given a total of $76, however upon pick up of the car, I was told their would be an additional $59 for taxes. What! The Alamo agent informed me that my shock was normal. She said, "Yeah, they don't tell people about the airport tax being an additional charge" I didn't get the car. I don't like dealing with companies that are not up front and honest. The worst part was being on hold for 58 minutes before an agent answered the phone and said, "I'm sorry there are no English speaking representatives available." WHAT!
