I am so glad I purchased glssses through Lensntrends! They were so helpful and had such a nice customer service team. I love my Tiffany glasses and was at such an affordable price. I will be purchasing through them in the near future.

Sad that I was really looking forward to receiving this package. I had to wait for several week for it to ship, and when I finally received shipping information- the package seems to be untraceable. Very dissatisfied.

I ordered a pair of glasses. I was provided with a tracking number and tracked it everyday for a week. During that time the tracking location never changed. The glasses were never shipped out. When I reached out to customer service I was told that the glasses were shipped and returned back to the sender. LIE! Don't order from this company. Save yourself time and energy.

I received an order confirmation but nothing about when the frames will be sent. I am not sure they even have the frames or that I will received them. I would like to know so I can order new glasses or that my new frames are in the mail

I'm very happy with my sunglasses! I started using them as soon as they came in. They were definitely worth the wait and I'm hoping to order another pair very soon. The quality was amazing and I'm very impressed

Your business lied about having the glasses I wanted and wasted our time in ordering them. You should know what you have and not false advertise that you had Tiffany glasses that you did not really have.

I paid extra to get my glasses faster and I am STILL waiting for my order. Why did I pay extra if I wasnt going to get my items in a timely manner. Very upset with your service. I have never ordered from you before and I probably wont again considering you charge extra for expedited delivery and you dont follow through on what your customers pay extra for..

Very trustworthy and I didn't have to wait to long for them to send my glasses and I'm very pleased with their customer service team by informing me about the process of me receiving them and they also informed me of the day tho have gotten delivered so yeah thanks lensetrends!

Just because you find what you are looking for and you order it doesn't mean they actually HAVE it. Spent a lot of time looking for glasses frames online, found something they listed, ordered it and moved on to one of the countless other items on my to do list only to be notified later that they are just a middleman for the glasses makers and oops... they coudn't get it after all. Back to square one!

Ordered a Polaroid face visor and I understand separately that it is on backorder, but I did not receive any indication from lensntrends on anticipated shipping. I shouldn't be charged until merchandise is shipped.

I've been dealing with ear wear my whole life and when I came across lendstrends I was pretty excited. My eyewear that I bought, I couldn't be happier. They are beautifully made, totally adorable and exactly what I always wanted. Costumer service is amazing which is a huge for me. I'm very pleased with this company and will continue to purchase.

I just received my order today with my Prada glasses! I absolutely love them and they fit perfectly. Customer service was great through the process of ordering them and when I needed an update on the status of my order they responded right away! I am truly pleased with Lensntrends and I will most definitely order from them again!

Waited almost a two weeks for my glasses to ship but was ok with it because I assumed my -2.75 prescription I provided needed to be approved and then completed. Today I recieved the dustiest pair of used tiffany & co. Glasses. The case was scratched horribly and the glasses were covered in dust with no prescription.
