Waited 2 weeks after I placed the order without receiving a shipping update. I emailed them and then they were dispatched the same day. Not sure why there was a delay, but I did receive the sunglasses that I ordered. I would be a hesitant to use them again in the future.

Tip for consumers:
Email them and make sure the item you want is in stock before you place the order.
