Lens n Trends provide professional and personal customer service. They did not have the item that I was looking for. They quickly informed me and help me find a pair of glasses that I liked even better. I will continue shopping with them.

I bought glasses that they say were in stock. A week later I got an email saying they were no longer available and suggested I buy some ugly glasses.

Received everything except cleaning cloth. Got quick responses, but still no cleaning cloth.

Very upsetting. Still waiting to receive my glasses. My daughter ordered a pair from here too and they came with a prescription in them. She hasn't received the correct pair. I am out nearly $600 with no resolution. Buyer beware!

The website was easy to use, and they carried the glasses that my retail store said we're discontinued. They were a fair price and delivered to me quickly.

They delivered in a timely manner and answered all the questions I had. I could not be happier with my purchase. Lensntrends is my new favorite eyewear store. After placing an order and 5 follow up emails, it took over a month to deliver the item. I wanted to return the item since it took too long to receive it, but they did not accept. I do not recommend this store at all.

Ordered a Polaroid face visor and I understand separately that it is on backorder, but I did not receive any indication from lensntrends on anticipated shipping. I shouldn't be charged until merchandise is shipped.

Ordered sunglasses, no confirmation. Called over a week later to check on order. Not in stock, had to order from manufacturer. Poor communication, very unsatisfactory

I ordered my glasses on April 10th and still have no emails or texts about my shipping updates, as I was promised. No glasses have come in the mail, and there's no way to track my order outside of downloading some app that is asking for information I don't want to or need to share with it to track a package. I need these to drive at night, and I was hoping to have them by now.

Where are my glasses, guys?

I ordered my son glasses and still haven't received my son glasses and I even tried to switch them because the ones that I picked are too big for his face and I still haven't received anything or an e-mail back about anything so i I want refund
