My order took 4 weeks to arrive. I understand that the mirror coating I ordered took longer to do. However, Lensabl customer service is poor to say the least. Two emails questioning the status of my order are still unanswered. You can track the status of your order while in production. But that proved useless because at one point it looked like the order was just about finished only to have it go back to step one the next day. Then, I never got an email that the order had shipped until just moments after it had been delivered. It was very frustrating to deal with this company.
I got a pair of Bose sunglasses for my wife and myself and were happy to know they were successful to our eye vision. The shipping was really fast. No damaged box or product. All in all, we are very satisfied. Side note: The sound on these Bose sunglasses are awesome.
Although the process took a little longer than expected due to a flaw found in final inspection, I actually appreciate the thoroughness and transparency. Once the lenses were delivered, I couldn't be happier with their quality and fit with my frames (which I was having trouble finding a local retail outlet that could work on at a reasonable price)
This is in review of my second pair of glasses from Lensabl so this is a review from a repeat customer, which I would not have been had I been unhappy the first time. Both pair were processed in returned in a timely manner just as stated. The lens quality is excellent and I'm completely pleased with both their service and the quality. The icing on the cake is the price point, I searched the internet and compared price and quality of lenses and Lensabl offered the best options at the best price point. As I stated, I am a repeat customer and I will be again. Excellent!
I purchased replacement lenses for a pair of Lindberg frames. The order process kind of went ok; the on-line app did not work. I went back and forth a couple of times on questions including how to get the segmental photo and PD. I received the frames on 5/15/20 and sent them an email on 6/23. This was the first time I had progressive lenses since cataract surgery 6 months previous. I knew it would take time to adjust and could not quite figure out what the issue was. When I did contact support their answer was the 30-day warranty expired; this was a total of 40 days total of which only 27 were working days and this during the pandemic. The next response was that I never sent in the segmental photo, the email confirming receipt of my photos by Jayme was then forwarded to Sam. I was told the best they could do was provide me a 20-30% discount. Wow! I should take the chance the second set will be any better when they had all the information the first time. The prescription is ok, the problem is where the progressive increases power on the bottom half of the glasses. Should you have any issues with their lenses, if you purchase them, count the days on your calendar exactly. Should you wonder about the delay in writing this review, it is because I have to get a new set of lenses (from someone else) since these have become completely unusable.
Shopping experience good, easy to order online. Prescription is accurate. Frames themselves are poor quality, arrived bent. Had to try to fix them myself. Do not have faith they will last very long. Would not order again.

I bought 2 sets of lenses, the same prescription. The first time all worked very well. It came on a reasonable time and I could use the glasses. The second order, however, all is wrong. I asked for a box and had to follow two weeks after first request. Somebody forgot to send it to me. I then waited fir the lenses to return and I can't use them. The reading prescription is wrong. I contacted them yesterday about it and so far I got no response. I will ask for my money back. This second request is already running into 6 weeks. It shouldn't take so long. I can't believe there is no prompt customer service.
The set up for the online store is amazing. Very easy to navigate and understand. Once I had sent my lenses in, however, it took a very long time for them to be finished and sent back to me. Almost a month if I counted my weeks correctly. I did also find a small scratch on one of my lenses. It doesn't bother me too much because I can't see it but it also defeats the purpose as that was the reason I wanted new lenses to begin with. The full mirror transitions have yet to be fully tested but I'm sure it will work fine. Customer service was also very helpful with any questions I had.
I was not expecting to get my glasses back so quickly during a pandemic no less. It means a lot as my prescription had changed so much, and I can finally see again! Thank you, thank you! Amazing service and care.
It took around 2 months to receive my lenses, then when I got them, they were not the thin 1.67 high-index ones I ordered and the prescription was off by 0.25. Lensabl offered to redo the lenses. To simplify, I asked for a solid 50% gray tint instead of a gradient. Lensabl confirmed they would do this, but when I got the lenses back, they had a gradient, although this time the lens type and prescription were correct.
I had cataract surgery thus no longer needed prescription glasses. Lensabl seemed to be the most affordable choice to turn my expensive frames into polarized sunglasses. They did a fabulous job, far beyond my expectations. And customer service was great when I changed my mind about the color lenses I wanted. It wasn't a problem at all. I couldn't be happier.
I have never ordered prescription lenses online and was a bit nervous about it. My usual place that I go to for glasses said they couldn't replace my Bose glasses lenses with prescription and so I was looking online and accidentally came across Lensabl. They are quick and got everything I needed, I will definitely use them again.

I sent my glasses in on June3, I received an email a couple weeks later confirming the style of my frames saying they are ready to send out. A week went by and I never got a shipping notification so I reached out, they said they had a problem with the lens on inspection so they were fixing it and sending them out. A few weeks went by with no update so I reached out, the responding by saying they had broken my frames and I was to pick a new pair or if I had the receipt they would reimburse me (I did not have a receipt). We could not find my original frames so the had me pick out new ones, after some time, I asked for an update and they said oh sorry we can't get you those ones, pick another. So I picked another, I was told they could get those ones and they would send them out ASAP. On Aug 17, I finally received a packaged from them, they are my original frames! This company has extremely poor customer service and I think they are also completely dishonest. I would never recommend of use them again.
I am very impressed with the work that was done, the product presentation, and follow up. Further, I would have probably recommended you to others. However, I sent my Gucci glasses in with the Gucci case to protect them and although I got my glasses back the case was not with them.
Process went smooth... pick-up and return delivery were within tolerable timing. Sweetspot on the lenses, don't overlap well... when right lens is sharp, left is a little fuzzy and vice versa. Since these are progressives and sunglasses, I'm seeing if I can tolerate it.
I wanted to salvage my late grandmothers vintage Dior sunglasses. They had her prescription lenses in them which made them unwearable but the frames are not longer made so I didn't know where I could go to get custom lens for them at an afforable price. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
