The first time I had a good experience. Shipping came within 2 weeks. This time, I had to email customer service daily to give me shipping information after 3 weeks. Not sure I can recommend you guys ever again. Plus the glitch in the system that showed I had two frames in my cart and couldn't remove. Even customer couldn't change it?! Never again.
I sent my echo frames to Lensable at Amazon's recommendation. I was worried about someone ruining my frames after I had waited for them so long. But I need not have worried! Lensable took great care of my frames and the lenses are wonderful. They took great care with packaging them too, so that they were safe on their journey to Lensable and back to me. I highly recommend this company!
I lost my eyeglasses in Las Vegas but had an older pair with an outdated prescription. Obtained a mailing label, uploaded the prescription and order, and mailed my old glasses with frames. Received the new lenses in the old frames in about 2 weeks and they are perfect.

I ordered glasses a month ago and have asked several times what's going on. The answers range from it will be 7 to 10 days or they'll be ready in three days and then back to it'll will be seven days. I can't get a straight answer. I ordered last year it took a while but it wasn't bad. You might consider looking elsewhere they may be having problems. There's no excuse for this I paid upfront.

From the postage paid mail-in box to the email from Customer Service regarding the delicate nature of the glasses to the beautiful finished product (in an ultra-cool glasses case), everything was excellent. Recently bought some Hyper X frames and decided to go through their recommended prescription lens provider (Lensabl) while I'm very happy with the frames, lenses, and the prices, the timeline was a little slow. I was quoted 6 days and paid for overnight shipping. (Seeing that I ordered them from LA and I live in San Diego this probably wasn't needed, looking back now). It actually took about two weeks to complete and arrive. Customer service was great at giving me an update since the lab wasn't updating the website and I guess I can chalk the longer wait time up to COVID. Otherwise a decent experience buying from Lensabl. If not for the longer wait time and the lab not updating the site I would give them 5 stars.
This was my first time using Lensabl for anything and it was overall a great experience! I did the online eye exam first, and that went great - the prescription was sent over very fast.
Then I ordered contacts and the process was simple and quick. The reason it's not 5-stars is because the communication was really lacking. After the order confirmation, it took several days for the order to get shipped out (there was no message saying the prescription had been approved). When I got the shipment notification, the email had no info! No carrier, no tracking number, no ETA for the package... the button to track it was also not linked to anything. When I logged into my account, the status didn't show shipped on one page, but did on another... and still no tracking info or ETA anywhere.
I did receive the contacts very quickly (yay!), but was completely in the dark about the status.
Overall, would recommend them as long as you trust that the product will arrive quickly, even if they don't tell you any details about the status.
I finally received my glasses. Fit id good, lenses are clear and accurate. The reason you have only 4 stars is it took a long time to get them.
Lensabl has changed the game of replacing glasses. I have used them for almost 10+ orders because it would be way expensive for me to go to local optics where you have to account for fixed costs of running the store plus sometimes the glasses are not made in the local lab so add another delay to shipment. At the end of day it's the product that matters and not the process.
I ordered tinted lenses for a pair of Existing frames. When they arrived, the tint was so light you could barely see it. Customer service asked for photos of the lenses, and determined they were too light. They promptly replaced the lenses and the final version I received were perfect. I'm happy with me lenses and even more happy for their quick and easy customer service.

The lenses stick out of the frames one about 1/8 inch on the outside and 1/16 on the inside the other lens is Out 1/3 all around inside and out. When I was picking no indication of glass thickness. They are verify coke bottle like. I've gotten the the same prescription from mnnEye Doctors and they are nowhere as thick. I'll never order again and I would only deal with a real eye Doctor not online because they tell you these things as you are ordering. I had a feeling this was going to happen.
The new lenses for my Bose glasses are great. Wonderful to be able to use my Bose frames with my contacts. I was a bit surprised to have new frames also though- I thought I was only ordering the lenses.
I wanted to get my new prescription into some current frames that I already own. Most opticians won't deal with frames other than what they sell. They're afraid of any damage they may cause and the liability that entails. So, I found Lensabl online and decided to give them a try. Their website was really easy to navigate. At first I was skeptical, how can they fit my progressive lenses without even seeing and measuring me? It is possible! I just received both my glasses and sunglasses back and I couldn't be happier. They are perfectly adjusted by the measurement photos you submit to them. Ingenious and such an amazing company to deal with. The process takes a couple weeks which is really no longer than what you would deal with at your local optician. I will keep using them as I have many frames in my stash to play with. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!

In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
