I didn't think it was necessary to read what frames were eligible or not, my fault. And found Swissflex frames are not doable. Sent another pair instead and have to find a place that accepts the Swissflex frames.
My prescription changed and I needed new lenses. The eye doctor was going to charge quite a bit to switch my lenses which are only a year old. So glad Lensabl could do this for much less and get them back to me very quickly. A very simple and seamless process.

I ordered mirrored sunglasses. You can see straight through the lenses. Every pair of mirrored sunglasses I have ever seen are not see-through. Waiting to hear back. They should have a customer service phone number. At least for people who have already paid and placed orders.

Ordered early September and submitted the prescription order for the Bose sunglasses. Turns out I messed up the PD process and had to take the picture again, which delayed the bbn order 48hrs. The site says it takes 4-6 days to manufacture and then 2-5 days on shipping. Our lenses failed inspection and they started all over again. Didnt call us, email us, text, send a carrier pigeon to tell us that, just presumed we would call in, I guess. Promised to send them expedited shipping when completed. 2 weeks later the status is the same and they failed again. Also, no call, text, and the site that has the status when you log in, doesn't update either. Horrible experience. We got the glasses today. They look and feel awesome, lenses are high quality, but man, you have to work on the communication because it is beyond awful.
I had a pair of new Mykita's which at a regular shop would have cost me $600+ for the prescription alone. I found Lensabl and crossed my fingers. They didn't disappoint. It took a little longer than I expected but when I did receive them the prescription was perfect plus I saved over $400. I highly recommend them.
The requested shipping box took longer than expected (3 weeks) but the outgoing shipment reached Lensable in about 4 days. Once received I got it back in about 8 business days! Much sooner than I expected. Used a Groupon for this purchase and it is a great deal for progressive lenses. I can see clearly now!

I purchased frames from a fancy retailer in NYC and loved them so so much, but after a couple of years the lenses started to get scratches. I found lensable as a perfect opportunity to keep my frames but get clean new lenses. Once I had them sent off it only took a few weeks to get them back and they are just PERFECT. I even think the lab tightened up the frames because they fit so much better now.
The lenses are okay, but it took 1 month to get my glasses back - and only after I inquired about them - with a lame explanation and no apology. No information on ordering with expected delivery period. Why did I bother to pay for expedited shipping?
I updated my original request from single vision to progressive lens via an email and the return email said I would be contacted within 48 hours. That did not happen, so I expected the situation was resolved. Well, the glasses showed up today and they are single vision. I cannot ware them. They are useless to me. Please contact me.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
