Everything was good but I sent in a pair of glasses where it seems they did not have the correct tools to unscrew the fames. They stripped the screw on the glasses and the frames are now loose. As I said, they stripped the screw, so it has been difficult to tighten.
Other than that I was very satisfied with the quality of the lenses.

Sent my Amazon Echo smart frames to Lensabl to get clear blue blocking and UV protectant lenses put in. I was a bit nervous considering the electronic parts in the glasses, but after receiving them back I was pleasantly surprised with how gently they handled my frames. I'm happy with the finished product - BUT-My order took 8 weeks from lensabl receiving my frames to me receiving them yesterday. The frames were broken, repurchased by lensabl, sent back to lab 3 times (not passing quality checks). Lensabl did offer a discount to me. I was in communication with a rep via email during this whole senario.
I love this service and will absolutely be using it again! So glad to have found Lensabl. And I love love love the collapsible case! Genius!

There was a problem with my first order. An imperfection in one of the lenses that caused vision issues. I had to send the glasses back of course. Lensabl paid for shipping costs, which was nice. Though, I believe customer service could be improved. Another major issue I did not enjoy was the website user friendliness. The order status icon was absolutely inaccurate during my entire order, and nonexistent during my re-do order. But the overall quality of my lens replacement is great.
The process is super easy and seamless with Lensabl. My "old" frames with their new lenses are great. Plus, Lensabl has more options than a regular brick and mortar store.

Ordered a glasses with nonprescription lens from Lensabl on 8/25. Since I don't need to send the frame I was expecting 4-7 business days to shipment. After two weeks, order was not yet shipped and online status was stuck at "sent to the lab." I had to send an email, and wait for a day, to ask about the progress because the online chat is never available. The response was that the glasses had to be sent back to the lab because it failed quality check but it should be ready for shipping in 2-3 days. Fine. After waiting another week, still not yet shipped and I again sent an email asking about the progress. At this point, I start to doubt the quality of lensbl. On 9/11, I asked to cancel the order. Lens broke their promise to reply in 24 hours, response came back on 9/14 with the same excuse that it had to send back to the lab because the lens failed quality check. On 9/15 I asked for cancellation confirmation but on 9/16 lensabl said that the order had been shipped yesterday. So I looked at the tracking info and it showed that 9/15 was when the label was made but 9/16 7:54pm was when UPSP got it. So they could have stopped this shipment. Now I'm stuck with the return of this order which also is very slow and painfull.
I do not recommend Lensabl.
My glasses arrived with a noticeable flaw in the right lens, a sort of bright spot that was very irritating to the eye. After several back and forth messages with their customer service and having to take photographs twice, the glasses were returned to be verified for the flaw. I was informed that the company quality control had completely missed the fact that an anti-glare coating had not been applied. I had been charged for this coating and but for the slight flaw I would have not have been aware that the coating was missing. I have received a new set of lens but without my own due diligence I would have been defrauded by this company, being charged for something they did not supply. I will never do business again with them

I sent in a pair of vintage frames to get new lenses of a custom color, and the customer service team consulted with the lab about what my best option would be to replicate the color of lenses in photographs I sent in. The customer service team is brilliant and very responsive! I mainly worked with Alex and he was great to communicate with, so were Jove, Rhinna and Megan. They kept me updated on the status of my order as well. The presentation was very stylish, too. They spare no expense on the final product they send customers, including the case; it felt like I was opening a brand new pair. My favorite thing about Lensabl was their willingness to wok with me to replicate the color of sunglasses lenses that I really wanted, even going as far as recommending the lens material that would hold the color in question. I highly recommend them over other companies because of their amazing customer service. Nice glasses are an extension of yourself, and you can definitely trust them with your frames.
I sent them my Echo Frames and they returned them back with my prescription. Awesome job! Other places didn't want to deal with my frames because they weren't water proof
The lenses, when they finally did arrive, are fine. But I sent them on Sept 15 and just received them yesterday Oct 14. During that time, I never received a single communication from Lensabl -- I had to contact customer support twice to ask what was going on. I don't think I'll ever order from these guys again.

I had a favorite pair of frames that I needed new lenses in just for computer use in my home business office. Scanned the prescription, printed their label, shipped the glasses. I received my frames and new lenses (partial wireless) in a total time of two weeks, $160 less than what my optometrist office quoted. Couldn't be happier. Nice shipping container and well packed. I ordered some prescription sunglasses from Lensabl. First, by the time you add up all the extras such as polarization etc, they weren't all that much less expensive than from a regular shop. Second, it took considerably longer than I thought it would, a little over 2 weeks. Third, I had asked that the lenses I ordered be the same size as the ones in the frames I sent to Lensabl. In the end they were a little bit smaller, and with sunglasses, that can make a difference. The lenses DO seem to be good quality and my frames were returned to me in very good condition.

It was just delivered to me and unfortunately after ALMOST A MONTH OF DELAY FOR THE REASON OF QUALITY CHECK DUE TO ISSUES WITH WORKMANSHIP, you have managed to send me a damaged pair of Bose frames that I purchased brand new.
Whoever worked on and put these lenses in this frame has manged to scrape/rub off and take the shine off the frame all around the edges and discolored it in a few different and random spots on both sides by what seems to be some kind of polishing/sanding device, my $600 pair of Bose frame & lens now look like some previously used for years pair of glasses.
This has been a really disappointing experience to start with and even worse now to finally receive them after all this time damaged like this by the person who worked on it.
Making it a flawless workmanship was the reason for it's delay to begin with as per your own customer support emails to me, and now this, completely disappointed and unacceptable.
I expect a call from a supervisor along with the return instructions for correction/refund ASAP, I will also be reaching out to Bose customer support to discuss this matter further in details.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
