Took a really long time and the lenses are not straight. The bifocals have a line on then that are not level. Looks horrible. Already sent a note to customer service. Takes a week to get a response. Why don't you guys have a phone number. Call me. Please. This is ridiculous. I paid you close to 300 bucks for useless lenses. Take a look at the photo. You can see how crooked they are.

I have entrusted Lensable with 2 pair of old glasses and the results have been phenomenal. The proceess is easy, they communicate about each step, turn around is fast and the finished product is of good quality all with reasonable pricing. The 1st pair I sent was to just try this process out, after receiving those back I immediately sent another pair. Keep up the good work Lensabl!

The ENTIRE experience at Lensible- from trying to figure out how to order to the eyeglass PIECES I got back in the mail about 8 weeks later has me on fire. These people could not find their butt's with one hand -let alone two. Want to call them about something? SOR-RY! They don't accept phone calls for ANY reason.
I sent in two pairs of glasses to these hacks. Either they or the postal service broke one pair of the frames. Accidents happen. I empathically stated, however, to at least be sure to return all of the frame pieces to me (they were steel frames that broke at a weld and I know a jeweler who could repair them). Lensible eventually sent them back, however, they only sent the bows and not the front portion of the glasses (I have been wearing glasses and am now 63- this was my favorite pair of glasses EVER and Lensible likely broke them and for sure only sent a few parts back.
Trying to get resolution has been met with the proverbial sleezy company "dodge": "Were not responsible for X, Y or Z" and "Send pictures" for proof that they did not polish the edges.
This company epitomizes every single thing a company can do to infuriate customers. Unless your idea of a good time fun is banging your head against a cinder block wall, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I placed the order and had no issues at all. Only thing that I found to be lacking was shipment notification.
If I could give a 0 I would. Product took over a month to be delivered and when it finally showed up it doesn't work. Plus they discarded the case from my frames without asking and sent me their breaded one. You can't find a person to talk to. I have been emailing someone for 3 days and no resolution. Terrible! Don't waste your money.

I filled out all info uploaded requests/paid and then had to contact them to ske where my lenses were only to be emailed i needed to (twice) upload again the photos requested--then to wait again... finally asked for a refund and they said they were shipping in 5 days and still it took 7 and they were not even correct-scam
It was really easy to ship and track the progress. Got my glasses back two days earlier than expected.
The package has not arrived in my possession yet. I am blaming you and the postal system. You didn't notify me early that the package was being shipped for me to request a change in delivery and so the package was placed on my front porch while I am away on business. It is possible that the package is light enough to be blown away before I return next week.
I usually have a great experience, but I paid a lot for the anti-fog feature and they fog up instantly. Was there even anti-fog applied to my glasses?

My wife bought a specific frame for me that she really liked and it needed prescription lenses. The initial plan was to go to a local shopping mall eyeglass merchant and order it there but because of COVID decided to see what there was available online since I already had my prescription. Ordered. Mailed (paid for priority). Do their thing. Returned in my hands in about 7 days. And I can see so I am going assume all is right. Mahalo!

I loved these frames but every time my prescription changed they wouldn't change only the lenses and I had to pay hundreds of dollars to just upgrade the lenses with the same "new" frame (even though my old frame was just fine). Well Lensabl did the trick. Took less than 2 weeks and the glasses are perfect. It is a fantastic discovery.

I recently got a new prescription for my glasses which left me with my expensive Silhouette frames that now needed new lenses. Most place will not even work on this type of rimless lenses. Luckily i found Lensabl who not only would replaced them with my new perscription but at about half what it would've cost at my old optometrist. The process was very easy... they promptly answered all my questions then sent me a prepaid box to safely send them my frames. About a week later they sent me my new glasses which work perfectly and fit just like my trusty previous ones because they were the same frames. It was a great experience and I'll be sending in another of my favorite frames soon for another pair. Thanks.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
