I got yesterday my glasses back and I like them, BUT
The customer experience with your Service Team is really bad. My lenses were delay because of the color I choice was not available (I got the information several weeks after sending my glasses) I thought based on this delay and the inconvenience that my glasses will be expedited (and I asked for) this did not happen at all. After asking I got the information that it takes normally 5-7 business days and after 7 days I asked again and only the answer that the glasses will be delayed...
Honestly this is a poor customer service at all. Then suddenly the glasses were in my mailbox (yesterday) without any information/update of the status.

I found a pair of expensive frames for $20. Sent them to Lensable along with my Rx. They came out beautiful. I am going to send another pair!
I included a copy of the prescription in the box of the old glasses.
Some fool just tossed it out, then tried to deny that it was in there.
I had to go thru hell to get it sent to me from my optometrist, then over to you guys.
The order took forever after that.
But, when I finally got them, they were really nice.

Initially, the lenses I received were not correct. Definitely could have been my fault. Customer Service agreed to redo them and the second set were great. Easy process, but FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS
So I spend most of my day doing schoolwork and playing videogames, I owned a pair of blue light glasses from HyperX and I loved their quality and frame and the I was no longer experiencing dry eyes or fatigue, I also have needed glasses for years my last prescription was in 2014. So I got a new Rx and came here through HyperX's website and boom, they reflect blue light phenominally! I got the Premium Crizal Prevencia AR coating and In could not be happier I can finally see things again.
My review is based solely on my customer experience and not the actual glasses. I did order the BOSE frames that have audio capability as directed from the BOSE site to lensabl. My order was placed mid May and I finally received my lenses yesterday July 27, after constant requests for updates on my end. Initially, when I placed the order I did receive an update that stated my lenses did not meet their inspection criteria and would be redone. That was the last independent update I received from Lensabl in early June. From that point on, the order status continued to say 5 days on their website and never changed. The only time I received any updates was after emailing and calling to request more information. Unfortunately, at those times, I was told they did not pass inspection again and was given the excuse that the lenses I requested were very difficult to make. Which may in fact be the case, however, my selection was based on what was available for those specific lenses as listed on their website. Maybe something the company should consider changing if they are difficult to make. I genuinely appreciated the care for detail and making sure the product is perfect before delivery, my biggest issue was the lack of transparency and poor communication. I had ordered these as a gift so I was particularly motivated to receive them. Besides the initial order window, I was given three additional dates the lenses would be ready, and each time those dates passed and no communication or apology from the company without me initiating and requesting more information. I would wait a day or two after they told me they would be ready, receive no shipping update, check the status online which would continue to say 5 days, and then would reach out only to be told, I'm so sorry. Bottom line, be more up front with your customer. Update their order status on your website, or let them know what's going on without the customer needing to hassle you. Your product may be five stars, but my experience and the energy and time I had to waste to get the product weren't worth it for me.
The first set didn't pass qc and had to be made again. The only reason I am taking off a star was the length of time
My order took almost a month to arrive. My frames were bent out and the prescription is a little off. Will not use this service again

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
