I chose lense.com because the place I normally choose had hiked their prices up by almost double, and refused to price match to their old prices or to anywhere else when they claim that they price match. Was thrilled to see that this place had the same types of lenses and that I could basically get three times the amount of lenses for the same price as just 6 at the other place. They also answered all my questions I had, and were super fast at delivering.
Already explained - delivery date of 5-7 days has come and gone and contacts have not been received.
I'm always skeptical about ordering online but the website is user friendly, their communication is great, I received my order promptly and it is exactly what my Doctor prescribed.

Did not receive receipt with original order or in followup emails. Received product with additional $45 "processing" fees. For $8 more I could have bought another box of contacts. Customer Service insisted they were cheapest out there even with processing fees.

You state a price, then that price almost doubles. You should state the cost up front.
Lens.com use to be an easy site to order contacts from but not anymore. Recently they changed their pricing process which now includes a very large processing fee coupled with a poor rebate system. They add over $100 to your contact cost in the form of a processing fee and then provide a large rebate but this rebate is outsourced by a third party company who is very slow in processing the rebates. Total time to get your rebate can be as long as 6 months. Took the rebate center two months before acknowledging receipt of my rebate request and now show it will shipped to me in 3 months. Very poor service and I'll be going elsewhere in the future.

It would not let me submit my order through paypal and when I called he said it was because they didn't have them in stock and I needed to use a credit card. Fishy? I started my order over and then it took my paypal.
Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
