Lens.com made it very easy to order my rigid gas permeable lenses, which have become difficult to find, and their prices are very good. Other sites were difficult to deal with and more expensive.
Experience was fine and price was lower than one of the other contact lens ordering sites.
However, the price that is listed while shopping is NOT the same as when checking out. When I got to the check out page, my total jumped up by over $30 and there was no price next to what I ordered. So strange.
Talked to a rep via chat and was informed that there were fees attached but again, that is not listed while shopping. Why hide that? Be more transparent with pricing to your customers!
