Ordered on Sunday 12/15/24 5-7 business days. I received Thursday 12/19/24. Earlier than I expected. Contact renewal process was simple and affordable.
Took two weeks to authorize my script and would not expedite shipping so I had to wait 5-7 additional days. When I finally received it, my -0.75 was instead a -7.5. They were going to make me reorder and send back the incorrect lens but finally a manager applied the credit and sent me the correct lens. Still would not expedite tho. So took about 4.5 weeks to get my correct script. This is the only company I've ever ordered lens from, unfortunately I don't foresee ordering from them again.
