This is my third time ordering contacts and it's been a smooth experience. I save money ordering through Lens. I did have an issue with USPS not delivering my order. I contacted Lens and they immediately let me know they could send me another without any additional charge. I had to complete a form acknowledging that I did not get my order. Afterward, everything came as it was supposed too. Thank you.
The site has the best price for contacts and I haven't found better prices
Ordering was easy. Reasonable shipping time. Only problem was the taxes and shipping cost were a bit pricy.
Very easy and quick to do, but I found some options missing, particularly for Adding strengths for Multifocal lenses. I had to choose between a strength too low or too high bc my prescription was not listed, yet right in the middle. That is the only reason I did not give 5 stars.
Agent referred me to shipper rather than helping. My last three otders experienced "shipping exceptions" One order had to be resent.

The price product was displayed to be mysteriously jumped up by $50-$60 once I confirmed I wanted to buy lenses! Not cool!
