I got contacts and first of all the prices are Barely lower than you can find elsewhere and they get you in with a super low price, that it nearly doubles with taxes and fees that it doesn't show you until it's in the cart. Incredibly misleading prices, don't be fooled. That plus a frustrating rebate process, I definitely won't be buying from here again.

I have a complex prescription and needed gas permeable. Script and comfort the best I've had. Only thing I would have change is to Not have gotten the Clear - should have gotten a tinted so I can see them in container. Otherwise perfect. Next time I'll get tinted.

My only snafu was when I inserted my first pair, the left contact lens was torn.FYI - I ordered once daily wear, so one torn contact is not earth-shattering. When inserting the left lens, I thought I detected a saline moisture ripple since it had just come out of the package. Once inserted, my eye immediately alerted to "DANGER". I removed it and found a quarter-inch tear. Low on time, settled on glasses for the day. Since I no longer wear contacts daily, I've not opened any of the other left lenses to check if it was a fluke, as I know they are fragile, and sometimes tears happen. SO - consider this a win interaction where the issue I experienced would not prevent me from ordering again. However, I plan to contact customer service IF more are torn, as Lens.com's supplier needs to be notified of an issue.
Ordered the contacts because they were a better price then other sites. Accidentally ordered contact solution also and when I realized I did that I called the company to cancel the solution only. Spoke with the representative and she assured me I would get the contacts and not the solution. When order arrived I recieved the contacts and the solution. So I called back to return the solution which I did not want to pay for. After a back and forth 20-25 minute wait with the representative they finally resolved the issue.

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
