The advertised prices of the contacts are great. Say. 50% less than a competitor. But there's a magical set of fees that are added that make small orders. While still cheaper than the competitors, it's a lot less advantageous. Think. 10% not 50%.

Yes I received my order but so far I've opened 3 sets of contacts that had a rip in 1 out of each set so 3 contacts total have tears in them so far I don't know if they're old or just defective but i bought quite a few boxes and at this rate I fear that more than half my order is defective with rips in them and a couple days ago a piece of the contact broke off in my eye and I couldn't get it out until 2 days later. I always order bulk shipments and never had this problem before and I can't afford to waste over $100 like this please reach back to me for a solution. Like I stated so far half of 1 whole box of contacts have been defective but I still have about 6 boxes not opened yet so it might be more.

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
