I absolutely LOVE ordering from Lens.com! I used to order my contacts through Walmart and it took forever for them to come in. But now, they ship quickly and directly to me! The price is great too! I will order from Lens.com from now on.
This is the 3rd time ordering from them. My 2nd order had 2 lenses out of the 24 that had little nicks it the edges of them. Unfortunately the first lens I pulled out had the same issue. My only hope is none of the next 21 I have left have that issue as well.
My insurance only covers 2 boxes of contacts a year. Through my eye doctors office, my contact rx is $75 a box! I was able to buy contacts from lens.com for $9.95! I will be reordering in the future!
Good. Would have been very good. But on my first order i got no feedback. It kept saying processing. Then 2 weeks later i sent a chat and got a response that they couldnt read my Rx. 2 weeks went wasted.
They care about their customers! If something is wrong with your prescription or they need more information they will notify you promptly. They have fast response times. Their customer service team is fantastic and product delivery is always timely. I wish they didn't have such expensive processing fees. Their delivery fees for standard shipping is also pricey.
I was very satisfied as Lens. Com had the contacts I needed and they were delivered to my house in a timely manner! I will definitely continue to order my contacts from Lens. Com in the future! Very satisfied and the process was so easy!
I ordered 1 box of my left eye and 1 box of my right eye. I received confirmation of my order and I closed my browser. Seven minutes later I got a confirmation of 6 more boxes, 3 of each eye, which I did not order. And it has really been a pain trying to cancel the order which you didn't do and having to now pay to return the 6 boxes. So yes, not a good experience.
They were quick to fill my order and verify my script. I wasn't sure originally of the script but they took the guess work right out of it, and solved all my issues. They even came a day earlier than anticipated.
I have been using lens. Com as my Alcon Air Optix plus HydraGlyde contact lens supplier for a few years now. The prices are always great; the product is exactly was previously purchased from my eye doctor and the delivery is quick! I will continue to use lens. After I had made a mistake and ordered 2 boxes Biofinity contacts of each eye, I called Lens.com and they were very helpful. They cancelled the order and placed another order for only one box for each eye. I then got the refund within 2-3 days. I couldn't be more satisfied with how Lens.com helped to solve my issue in a timely fashion.

From the beginning I found this website to be easy site to navigate. It was landed out good to enter what my eye doctor recorded for my prescription.
Was able to get my prescription verified and ordered was placed. It's all worth placing my prescription for my contacts. Received an email to confirm that my contacts prescription been approved and ordered. Received my contacts in a timely manner and have been so satisfied with the contacts and their quality.
I'm on auto ship for my contact lenses and the process is super simple and I love that I don't have to worry about reordering. They have great customer service as well.
Everything went smoothly with the ordering and delivery, but the taxes that got thrown onto the end, were ridiculously high without warning. I changed my order from 3 boxes to 2 because of it.
Uploaded my son's RX and ordered two different type of lens's. They sent an email and text saying they needed to verify the RX. I was frustrated at first but they did it so quickly. Received updates on my order. They were delivered quicker than the 5-7 days. Cost was comparable to using WM, but it was so much easier! I will definitely be using them for our next order!

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
