The first order I placed I was sent the wrong prescription but I contacted Lens.com, I was able to return the contacts and they shipped me the correct ones right away!
I was a loyal customer, and their rebates started taking 8-9 months, until the last one they pretended to lose. I had a photo of it (as I do as proof) before mailing something, and they said I had to have proof they received it. I asked how to resolve the situation since I'm obviously entitled to the rebate, and they said I won't receive the rebate and couldn't do anything about it. It appears they are now scamming their customers. They lost me as a customer. Terrible service and even worse customer service. I filed a complaint with the BBB.

I sent in my prescription from my doctor for contacts lenses. I ordered 4 boxes. The rep said everything is fine he'll send the order in. Unbeknownst to me he inputed the right numbers but put in a negative sign instead of a positive sign. I never knew that made a difference, I just checked the numbers and open the contacts to only find out that they were blurry. So I opened the other 2 boxes 1 left eye and 1 right l eye as I the the 1st two to make sure. I was thinking the 1st boxes were probably a bad batch. All four boxes was a bad batch because of the negative sign being inputed instead of a positive sign. I entrusted this company(LENS.COM) to not only double check my prescription before they sent out my contacts.But them to rectify the situation buy sending me out my correct prescription, not only did they decline it, they are also not giving me my Indy back. I can't afford to take a $230.32 lost. I'm barely getting back on my feet financially due to covid. I just need them to make this right.
First they messed up my order and sent me twice as much as I asked for. Waited 7 months for the $135 Rebate Card! Then you go to the website to set it up and there all kinds of restrictions. They tell you that you can get 5% back at the participating merchants…good luck finding that information. I would not recommend Lens.com.

I placed and received order # *******314 on 7-1-22,shipped on 7-19, as yet i have not received my Rebate Visa, Why does a Pandemic that has seen return of work to 88% of the population all over the world, effect a rebate? Maybe someone else can help me understand this?

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
