I ordered contact lenses in July and October of 2022. They both had rebates for the contact lenses. I had no trouble with the lense order but have been waiting since July and October for the rebates. Now they're saying it takes 20+ weeks to get a rebate. This is ridiculous! What a rip off. I will never order contacts from them again because of this rip off on the rebates. If you don't care about the rebate, they're fine but I'm waiting for almost $200 and not happy about the wait. In addition, the paperwork required for the rebate was a lot. They know you purchased the product, why do they need the box tops? Ridiculous rip off.

I spent $300 on the site for the first time instead of buying my contacts directly at my optometrist's office, trying to save some money. What a mistake. According to their website, my purchase would receive an $85 rebate once I received the contacts and sent back a portion of the contact box as proof of purchase. I sent back the required rebate form as well as the required pieces of the contact carton with plenty of time to spare in their 3 month window. Their website has a notice stating "The service levels of our rebate vendors have been seriously impacted by global raw material supply chain delays. Rest assured you will receive your rebate", so I have waited to reach out about the status. Imagine my surprise when I contacted them for an update and was told that they did not receive my rebate in time (or at all, apparently), and there is no recourse. I mentioned that I did send the rebate months ago, and had the same thing reiterated by the representative, who honestly couldn't seem to be bothered, told me they are not liable and asked if they "answered all my questions". At the end of the day, I am out almost $100 that could be used towards groceries or rent, but I guess it makes no difference to a company that made $36B in revenue last year. I'd recommend spending your hard earned money at a company that looks for solutions and wants to work with their customers if something goes wrong. Lens.com isn't that company.
I got the contacts in a timely manner. But I was missing the free contact case. It was on the receipt but not in the box. Other than that everything was great!

Lenses came right away and site was easy to navigate. I price matched vs 1800contacts.com and lens.com was wayyyy cheaper as well.
I ordered 8 boxes of lenses on the assumption that it would be a discounted price, only to learn that I am to pay full price and have to apply for the rebate after receiving the items. When I tried to cancel the order (same day) I was told I could not cancel by email or chat and had to call their toll free number. I am currently not the US and could not call the toll free number... and their listed international number does not work. What a promotional trap and they are making it difficult to cancel.
Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
