Was shipped by FedEx, not USPS as I was told to anticipate. But, to my surprise, it was delivered by FedEx to me and not lost, otherwise destroyed, nor delivered to the wrong address!
Purchased contact lenses thru this company for the 1st time on 6/22, paid $205. I paid $17 extra for 2 day shipping thru FedEx, as of today 6/29 I have not received a email/phonecall or ANYTHING in regards to my contacts. I had to reach out to the company and was told it was lost and they would ship out. I advised it was not MY fault and I paid extra $17. After back and forth they finally said they would overnight my lens but would not get to me until Monday REALLY today is Thursday.

Ive ordered twice from Lens.com and both times I've been let down. Hidden fee's and my contacts took 4 days to even get processed. Almost 5 days to 'process' my order with no confirmation email. I still haven't recieved my lens's and I was told they'd arrive last night.
Dont get tricked by these guys, go to Costco or try 1-800-Contacts.

I ordered contacts from them and it took a month to get. Their website says 7-10 days from the day it was shipped and when I contacted their customer service department via chat Donna had zero empathy or apologies that it was taking longer. I told her I wouldn't feel comfortable using them again and she said "I respect your decision" and closed my chat before I could say anything else. I have never had such bad customer service. If you publish shipping times, yoh should be able to stick to them and give a credit if you do not or Atleast have some remorse. Stay far away from this place!
I bought my contacts on here cause they are cheaper than 1800 contacts and delivery was fast, which I wasn't expecting. Will keep buying from you guys.

They offered a very good price on their contact lenses, but taxes and "handling" more than doubled the price so that they are no longer competitive.

I sent in my prescription (via upload) the same day I went to the Dr and got a new prescription for them to reject it 3x's then had to call in and ask them to read the dates. Because of the lack to pay "attention to detail". This delayed my order 2 weeks from its original expected arrival date. This is not an indicator or good business.
Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
