It was necessary for me to follow up with LegalZoom regarding the LLC I had set up in 2022 and the requirement for LegalZoom to file another Registered Agent with the California. The agent I spoke with was very helpful and knowledgeable about what needed to be done to clear any deficiency. I think it speaks highly of this company and it's services, or at least makes me feel more comfortable. I have only just signed up so can't speak to the services I have purchased, but the chat help was great.
