I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THEM FOR ANY BUSINESS. If you can do it your self it faster and cheaper otherwise use and attorney at least they will get it done the right way. This straight from expereince.

Yes I did. Everything turned out ok but they were a pain in the butt all the way through the process. If you are able to go directly through your state's Department Of Corporations... Do that. Otherwise go ahead and use Legal Zoom but make sure you keep track of everything they do.

Jason, I cannot answer your specific question but I used Legal Zoom for something else and I am VERY dissatisfied with their service if that is what you can call it.
