Good afternoon, currently I currently have an LLC that i was not able to use since it was setup last year, we just could not start the business, can I change the name and state of operation for the busi9ness through legalzoom?

If no one has used your corporate name you can still use it at least in my state you can, Legal Zoom has been very helpful to me on setting up business issues, I used them for a DBA I did the corporation because you are going to need a little more than filing with your state. Get all the answers from Legal Zoom before you proceed. I was on hold for a 45 minute period at 8:30 - 9:00 in the morning and then for a 30 minute period on a second phone. With two calls on hold I made a third call and referred to New Business as opposed to a problem and the call got taken right away. Hmmmm

Andres, please use a lawyer, and pay the necessary fee. Legalzoom is a fraud website, it will be a waste of your time and your money. STAY AWAY FROM LEGALZOOM.
