Do not use Legal Zoom. They are overpriced and have terrible customer service. Most disturbingly is that they raised the price of a product by $100 without any notice and then had 3 hour wait times to speak with a representative. While other companies are working to help small businesses during COVID, Legal Zoom is raising their prices and then dodging calls to cancel the overpriced rip off service. I spent 4 hours trying to reach them to cancel the product that was literally DOUBLED in price and am still out of luck. Please please please do NOT use Legal Zoom.

PLEASE READ FULL REVIEW! Dr. Petrofski performed surgery on me while I was lying on his examining table and sent me home immediately following to drive myself home. The local anesthetic he used didn't work and I had to pull over in excruciating pain and wait for someone to pick me up. I contacted the office and told them I was in terrible pain and was told that I should keep taking the narcotic they prescribed and there was nothing further they could do for me. I learned later that the surgery was not indicated, as there were other options (less money for Dr. Petrofski) that had success rates of 80%. I also learned that there were, in fact, topical aids to help me with the post operative pain. Dr. Petrofski NEVER called me back and ignored my letters. He then WITHHELD my medical records. I had to make several requests and each time, he sent me partial documents. He even sent an incomplete set with a fully executed affidavit swearing under oath to it's completeness. I received 3 incomplete sets of records and they were different each time. I found a review from a patient with the same allegations of performing unnecessary surgery. I contacted his insurance carrier and they told me they were told by Dr. Petrofski NOT to even look into my claim so no investigation was initiated. In short, Dr. Petrofski performed painful and expensive surgery that was not medically indicated and then made it difficult to obtain my records, and instructed Mag Mutual Insurance Company to deny my claim without an investigation. Please look elsewhere for your care.

I used Instacart for one year and it was a total and complete let down. They advertise free delivery but then they apply a large "service" fee. When the drivers arrive, they also press you for additional tips. Expect to pay around $20 to $40 in fees and tips, so don't be fooled by the advertising of "free delivery with membership". AND, they automatically renewed me despite promising a notice beforehand. I think they realize that this price gauging will cause many to non-renew. Aside from the pricing, it has been frustrating that the inventory of your shopping is not updated so you can spend time selecting items that are not even available. It happened to me every time! Instacart's database is far behind the actual store inventory. It creates tons of replacements and missing items if you're planning meals. It was a bust for me every time.

I just used a pick up service with Kroeger where you order in advance and the grocery store bags your items and brings them to your car. A fraction of the price and you get what you want. Run from Instacart! I recommend you search better options.
