Online forms were very simple and straightforward. The call to upsell me in the middle was informative but not pushy. Was able to complete my LLC application in less than an hour. Will use their services again I am sure!
I am so glad that I did not pay legalzoom for any of it's services. What I did do was a free entity name search. According to them, I was supposed to hear back from them in one hour, yet I haven't heard from them yet, and it's been over 24 hours. I called their customer service and waited 30 minutes, but did get through to anyone. I put myself in their queue and have yet to hear back from them. I will not be using their services to set up my LLC and neither should you!

I have been trying to use these guys as a registered agent in Nevada since May and it's been a pain in the butt. They see I have a registered agent in another state and apparently that is very confusing. I submitted paperwork for Nevada and Nevada only... IN MAY! Why are we still talking about this going into August.

This is the first time I purchased anything from Legal Zoom. We are forming a new LLC. Average attorney fee was over $ 3,000. For under a $ 1,000, we were able to purchase the same services and more from Legal Zoom (including a lot of bells and whistles). The most important part of this experience was Courtney Buhr's hand-holding over phone. She is extremely knowledgeable, eager to help, courteous and freely available over phone. Without her assistance, it would have been very difficult to purchase this product.
She (and others like her) are a good reason to use Legal Zoom's products and services. Such support is extremely rare these days.

Legalzoom is still charging me for a business that is no longer in business. I specifically told them a year ago to cancel my services.
I sent four separate emails requesting this cancellation. Today after a year of my last email to them. I received a collections bill for a Registered Agent.
I spoke to Ruth Hernandez from Legalzoom today and she told me that they will keep charging unless I change the Registered Agent myself.
After speaking the Nevada Secretary of State, they were not sure why I was being charged for services on a business that is no longer in business for over a year.
Legalzoom is a scam. Their website specifically states to either call them or email to cancel services. I did just that and I am still being billed.

This has been a waste of my time. I filed for a DBA on 11/8/17. Today it is 1/15/18 and I still have not received a completed order. Whenever you call you are not able to talk to a human. The only way to get a response is to email and hope for an email back days later. This company's a joke and obviously has their own employees leaving positive reviews for them on this site. Look for another company that has humans you can talk to when you need answers and can expedite orders in a timely fashion.

Legal zoom was easy and user friendly to use. After the initial information input, I received a call and they went over the entire packet and explained everything I was receiving. Damian was very patient and actually listened to my concerns and he made sure to answer each of them in as much explanation as was required to be understood.

I've been in the customer service and human resources industry for nearly 10 years and when I hear and/or see talent it doesn't go unrecognized. The customer service and personability that was given is truly immeasurable, as what was provided didn't seem as if I were just another number but rather, the knowledge and help was comforting, and really removed a lot of the stresses that one would normally feel dealing with customer service. Great job LegalZoom for hiring a great talent; it's definitely been a breath of fresh air from what so many people have been accustomed to and expecting.

I have placed several calls to legal zoom regarding an account that I pay for and their automated system sends emails to me on things I am suppose to do. I have been on hold for more than an hour without anyone picking up. I have tried their automatic call back and have never been called back. I am a small business and don't have time for this kind of poor services. I will have to look into other options as LegalZoom has let me down.

The company is literally a piece of s&@$! I went through them for my INC. After paying 1000.00 for it they literally could not get it to the state because they kept dragging there feet. My advice never deal with them on any level!

She was quick to respond and was able to assist my request and complete it. She should be recognized for how she helped make what was a horrible past 5 days, seem much better and turned my day from a bad day into something good. I'd buy her a drink if I could, but I can only suggest she deserves a raise for coming to work and helping more than just refunding an amount, she also helped refund my family relationship without even knowing it.

The process with LegalZoom is totally ridiculous because nobody you speak to is a lawyer, and every time you call the person has to spend time reviewing notes, and either way they know nothing more than regurgitation - hardly customer service. And when I booked an appointment with a lawyer from their network they were no help. If you don't have enough money for a lawyer you would probably do better to spend a lot of time reading up online and trying to do it yourself than wasting hours and hours on the phone and on hold with LegalZoom "customer service." If you can afford a lawyer just get one. They ultimately got the job done, but it took so long and it wasted SOOO much of my time it was utterly ridiculous! Avoid!

I started a LLC with Legal Zoom in January of 2014. My business only lasted eight months before we closed our doors. It had gone unnoticed until today that we had signed up for automatic yearly contract with legal zoom. Well since my business has been closed for two years and we were not using their services they went ahead and refunded my money they had charged me. I was shockwd a company would refund me once I had paid for the service, but they checked all the state records and saw I had not been in business since 201. The agent told me "you didn't use our service so we are not going to take your money". If there were only more companies out there that are morally and ethically like legal zoom maybe we would all be better off. Once again thanks legal zoo.

DO NOT use them for any legal or incorporation paperwork. So disorganized and no 2 employees ever speak to each other or know what's going on at all ever! They tell you a form isn't legible so they cant proceed with your incorporation. You send it and 2 weeks later get another of the same notifications. I wound up sending it over 30 times consecutively until they actually called me and asked me to please stop. They have it. Were good to go now. 3 MONTHS LATER... I get the notification yet again. I called, sat on hold for 45 minutes waiting for them to tell me what the problem is now? Then got hung up on. Had to start all over. Then a MINDLESS MORON tells me Oooooh... We just got your form yesterday. We will process it now? That was sent 3 months ago and you just got it now? I have ZERO confidence that my paperwork will ever be completed.
