I used LegalTemplates for a lease agreement and when I signed up it gave me a week-long free trial. After the week was up I went to have my lease agreement notorized and was told that the legal document was not up to the state's standards. I then requested a refund and was somehow denied because my week-long trial was up. I wasn't given any more explanation even though I attempted to appeal this decision.

I was contacted after leaving this review and I was offered a refund. The services still did not work out for me, but I appreciate the effort on the part of the company to resolve the issue.

This company has stolen $160 dollars from me in the last 4 months. I have no idea how they got my information but when I addressed the issue with them I was told that they would return only half of my money. This was presented as a fair solution for something that was taken fraudulently to begin with, but the catch was that I would have to agree to not report the remaining balance to my credit card company for recovery. Their customer service emails are manipulative and aim to extort while refusing to accept any wrongdoing. Anyone who works for this company should be utterly ashamed to be affiliated with such a lowlife career choice. After some back and forth with their customer service I escalated my complaint to the Better Business Bureau where they offered me $120 from the $160 they took claiming there was a limitation on how far back they could go to refund unauthorized charges. So there's a limit by your "company policy" on returning funds but not on how much you'll take from people? Yeah...They are disgusting.
