I help guys whose partners want them to "express his emotions" and attend "couples counseling" -- guys who are capable of neither of these things.
I am not a therapist, so I'm not 100% certain that consulting therapists automatically legally protects my clients' privacy.
Couple counselors can sign this and gain access to certain footage, to help them vet whether my demeanor and approach are, indeed, a fit for the men in their couples.
To more clearly protect the privacy of the example clients in such videos (exclusively people consenting to my sharing footage in this way) I'll have the therapists sign this mutual NDA/Confidentiality Agreement.
I made it mutual, so that the therapist could, potentially, if the client signs a waiver, allow the therapist to refer more warmly than under HIPAA, but I don't believe many will leverage this, as they'd still need the client to sign a "release of informatin" form, first.

I simply needed a form which is available for free in any office. ROCKET LAWYER without any request appeared. THE FORM WAS DEFECTIVE. AND, misleading, as they claimed it was free, but then wanted credit card information. PREVIOUSLY ROCKET LAWYER HAD STOLEN MONEY FROM MY CREDIT CARD BY CHARGING ME $18.00 A MONTH, FOR SEVERAL YEARS TILL I FOUND OUT. WHEN YOU SEE ROCKET LAWYER RUN! THEY ARE A BUNCH OF DISHONEST THEIVES.
