The information doesn't show specific owners name, just states the main owner, then last name, family. Also the house is actually a three bedroom not two., Google images are outdated about 5 years.

Just trying to find an idea of what the relative commercial property values are in the area. Good application but needs a little more detail which I think will improve as data is collected.

I was surprised at the detail in this report which I have not seen anywhere else. Very thorough overview.

This website actually helped me look up a property to gain more knowledge on the value of the house and other details I was very happy with the service that was provided

This report is the bare minimum information and does not give me all of the history available in TAD. It is like a bait and switch! Very disappointed.

THE REPORT HAS A LOT OF INFORMATION ABOUT THE ACTUAL PROPERTY, BUT IT DOES NOT GIVE DETAILED INFORMATION ABOUT THE HISTORY OF OWNERS, TITLE, MORTGAGE, LOANS, OR LIENS. IT'S BASIC INFORMATION THAT YOU CAN GET BY LOOKING UP THE ADDRESS ONLINE.

I was expecting to see the taxes for the house, my only disappointment. The report seems comprehensive, but I'm not a realtor or investor. Just looking up my Mom's property

Legal Home Lookup is the best public records lookup site I've ever used! Many other sites "hook you" at the end to pay a higher fee or they only give you a sneak peek of the information you're seeking with an option to enroll in a program or pay a higher fee. Not LEGAL HOME LOOKUP! I was able to download EXACTLY the information I requested! There was even additional data in the report that I didn't ask for or realized I needed to have.

I was surprised - 0-beds; 0-baths; 0-sf,,, thus, told me nothing. Not up to date.
Also surprised Sumter Co charges for their reports. Previous county="no charge" for info.

Simple and easy to use. Did not have all the information I was looking for but it had quite a bit.It did not supply lot or section information.

Beware. Unauthorized charges to my credit card for services never asked for or authorized. Setup recurring monthly charges to bank account - currently 3 times. Do not recommend.

This was very easy to use and gave accurate information. All you have to do is enter the street address and after 3 minutes, the report was ready.

Supposedly I was paying 1$ for some real-estate info. Got 1 page basic info. And billed $23.95.
I am furious as I am on fixed income.

Your review request should come at the end of the review process and not at the onset. How can a person give an honest review without having the opportunity to view the entire report?

Look up information for Home and property was easy. I was not sure that I would get
The total of information that I did. I'm very pleased.
