I was hoping for a bit more detailed info. However.

Everything in the report looks helpful. I am a widow who hasn't purchased a lot of homes in the past. It was always so easy to rely on my husband in these matters. But now that I've seen the information from LegalHomeLookup -- and I have the Property Inspection Checklist for referral -- I feel a lot more confident about being an informed buyer. Thank you! The process to get county property information was very easy and quick. The report was thorough and the cost was minimal. I will use the system again.

The information on the house was not completely accurate. The square footage is wrong and does not account for another half bath or bedroom. Otherwise it was good to know what is out there as far as information on the house.

I was looking for my deed release information. I recently paid off my loan.
While I didn't find the information, it was useful to see all the information on my property since
I live out of state and can't get the information easy.
