It's been years since the last lookup in public records. Really nice formating, easy to read and understand.

THE REPORT HAS A LOT OF INFORMATION ABOUT THE ACTUAL PROPERTY, BUT IT DOES NOT GIVE DETAILED INFORMATION ABOUT THE HISTORY OF OWNERS, TITLE, MORTGAGE, LOANS, OR LIENS. IT'S BASIC INFORMATION THAT YOU CAN GET BY LOOKING UP THE ADDRESS ONLINE.

The information was very informative and we are going to see the property this weekend. We are thinking of buying it.

The carpeting has been removed and replaced with laminate throughout every room except the foyer, where there is ceramic tile, and the front bathroom is partially ceramic tile and laminate combined. The Master suite bathroom is ceramic tile, while laminate extends from the hallway and continues to the ensuite bathroom the width of the hallway. The remainder of the master suite is newly carpeted.

Legal Home Lookup is the best public records lookup site I've ever used! Many other sites "hook you" at the end to pay a higher fee or they only give you a sneak peek of the information you're seeking with an option to enroll in a program or pay a higher fee. Not LEGAL HOME LOOKUP! I was able to download EXACTLY the information I requested! There was even additional data in the report that I didn't ask for or realized I needed to have.

This is a website scam. They say it's $1.00 for a house lookup but they charge $23.95 to your card. The information is extremely limited that's provided. Once they start charging your card, they won't stop. You'll need to dispute the charges with your credit card company to get it off your card.

Owner information is 6 months out of date. The photos seem to be taken from Google Maps which is also old information.
