Lights were so bright the camera had a hard time to focus on it. Daytime running lights and turn signal look amazing! Especially with the Chrome Eyelids. Comes with link for YouTube video on "how to install". Functions as they should! Very satisfied!
Tried to get led light that had moisture getting inside turning black eventually the light would have failed looked bad they made me purchase new light that should have been replaced under warranty and shipping was very slow

Packaging was good. Lights are ok. There are gaps in between the bed and lights, I've installed foam to keep debris out.

I purchased 52 in light bar and 2 pods. When it arrived it was missing parts. Messages them. Several days later missing parts came. Great. June 18 2021 i Messages them again telling them brackets are RUSTING.(forgot to tell them about one of pods was too). I get a response that i purchased the light bar kit on June 11 2020. So its out of warranty. Really Only 7 days. I could see if 7 months ok. But 7 days. Not happy. I normally dont write reviews. But this time i had to. Disappointed

The letters look even better in person. The startup is an awesome surprise. Installation took 40 minutes. Don't forget to put your current fuse into the port you connect to the wiring harness though. You'll get function errors if you do.
Purchased turn signal light kit for my Softail. They sent me the wrong lights. So I called and spoke with them. They said they would send replacements. Then decided that they wanted photo evidence the next day. So I politely sent them pics. They said oh we'll ship them right out. Followed by email the next day sorry the light are still going through quality control and won't be available for ten days. So the time came and went. For three days I tried calling and emailing to just get the tracking number with no avail. Finally I decided to just have them cancel the order and after calling 6 straight times in a row just to the guy to answer he says he won't cancel it. Would never recommend this company!
I placed an order for bed lights for my Tacoma. I did receive them, packaged very well and installation was simple. I'm very happy overall. I was surprised at how long the item took to get to me, I was also a bit concerned after I placed the order and the lack of additional communication from the company.

After a couple weeks the wiring connected to the driver side running light comes on and off when I'm driving, both are hooked to an aftermarket acc fuze wire harness (it's waterproof) so why would it happen to just one right? The passenger side has moisture buildup that comes and goes but it's only a matter of time before it starts to fog and lessen the life of the led.
My grill I ordered was never delivered. FedEx posted a pic of some place that is not my address and I am getting no support from either. I am forced to dispute my charge on my card. Avoid this site they really don't care

Ordered headlight and fog light package for my Jeep. Received the headlights fairly quickly. The fog lights came separately about 2 weeks later. No notification was given to me that the order would be in two shipments AND that they would be almost 2 weeks apart. After phone calls and emails I was assured that the fog lights were on the way. True to their word, I received the fog lights, although it took another two weeks later. LED Factory Mart needs to notify customers of separate shipments for a single order. Had I known that there were 2 boxes for one order, (shipping separately) I probably would've given 5 stars.
Ordered a magnetic mount spotlight for my truck. They claim that the magnets hold 40 pounds, but they won't even hold this cheap spotlight. They will not let you return the product and will not offer a refund. They claim that they have never had this complaint before? I find that hard to believe. They offered to send additional magnets, but that hasn't happened after 4 months. They claimed that shipping was delayed due to a snowstorm, then they said they lost my e-mails, then it was the shipping companies fault. All excuses with still no results! I'm not hopeful that they will ever resolve this, but will update this review if they ever stand behind their word.
If this review keeps ONE person from making the mistake of dealing with this company, it was worth my time!

I put these on my 2008 Ultra classic and man are they bright! I never thought Ide see this good at night, I totally love these lights, and they set off my black bike with the halo's matching my wide white walls,,,, SWEET! I never read the instructions I just hooked them up... pretty much self explanatory... You absolutely will not be disappointed with these lights!
Put led tail lights on my jl and everything was as the site said, plug and play and a perfect fit

Answer: Extremely difficult! You get an auto-reply they received your emails, but no one actually emails you back. Their hotline is only open 4 hours a day. They respond one time a day on FB Messenger, at 2am when most people are asleep and can't continue a conversation. Extremely ridiculous.
Answer: I just installed them. Everything is plug and play, and everything went together without modification which is nice for my 16 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited.
