LD offers 100% guarantee. That's not true. They sent the wrong Item, I opened the box and installed the cartridge in my printers since I though it was the one I ordered. It didn't work, I called and they said because I opened it, I cannot return it. Ordered ink and was sent the wrong ink--printer would not work, but because I had taken it out of the sealed foil, they would not take back the ink and replace it with the correct number. EVERYONE I know will hear about this--I vote with my mouth and with my money--never again! I can't believe they would give up a customer for life over a $20 profit. I have used this product and recommended LD to my friends but never again! I ordered some product it was shipped USPS with tracking. The tracking showed it delivered but I never recieved the product. I emailed and called customer service. The customer service agent while polite was unrealistic. Instead of addressing the issue she suggested that I contact my neighbors. If my neighbors had recieved it i would have it! When i did not agree she disconnected the phone call. I made a second call to speak with a supervisor who said they were not at fault and did not hang up on me. I finally got him to agree to refund my money. I have not received the money and have alerted my bank for assistance. LD Ink Cartridges has lost my business. You can have a great product but when your customer service is rediculous it just turns people off!

Tracking looked promising until USPS reported "no access to facility". LD Products traced the problem to a missing digit on their address label, but USPS would not allow a change so the item must return to LD Products warehouse before any other action can be completed. I am to watch the status of my order and let them know when it is checked back in. Meanwhile, no refund and no replacement is possible. A reputable company would send a replacement ASAP rather than saddle the customer with the consequences of their mistake. It's been 8 days now with nothing more than apologies from what sound a lot like robots with female names.
UPDATE: Item reported by USPS to be back at their warehouse 2 weeks after placing order. They did refund my entire cost two days later. This was our fourth order from LD Products with only one minor problem in the past. There is no excuse for the way they handled this last one.

The cartridges are not compatible with HP 6978 but you don't find this out until you need the cartridges. What a rip off!

Do not use in Lexmark printers. Magenta ink flooded the print head. Took 3 days to clean it out. Black ink lasts only 7 days before clogging up. Made 8 printouts.

The toner cartridges cost about half as much as HP and last at least six to 10 times longer. I'll get "toner low" messages, and the toner continues for another month or two.

I bot about 10 410XL cartridges. They worked fine until I got an Epson printer program update. After installation the printer will no longer accept the cartridges. Message center says cartride not acceptable (or something like that) and nothing will print. I guess Epson decided to eliminate the competition.

I have used LG jet ink in my other printer. Close to the original manufactures print. However, I purchased LG toner for my HP printer and I am totally displeased with the color copies. It's a case of you get what you pay for. Will it work? Yes. However, not something that I would proudly present. A year ago I would have given this company a 5 star rating. I am now straining to give them 1 star. In the past, the cartridges produced many copies from the ink I had ordered.
