They charged my credit card twice. They did not provide me with anything. I called to cancel the order and they said no! I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. DO NOT USE THIS SITE THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM!

I have banked here for over 10 years and I have VIP status but after today I will no longer bank here. I went in to add my husband to my account. The branch manager was helping us. She was having g some system issues or so she stated. But she got up to help her friends and never came back. She left us sitting for 45 minutes. We missed our appointment and we did not get my husband added. When I spoke to the management on the phone they were not interested in helping me. STAY AWAY FROM FIRST NATIONAL AND FIRST CONVENIENCE BANK THEY ARE RACIST AND HOMOPHOBIC.

I have used this product and recommended LD to my friends but never again! I ordered some product it was shipped USPS with tracking. The tracking showed it delivered but I never recieved the product. I emailed and called customer service. The customer service agent while polite was unrealistic. Instead of addressing the issue she suggested that I contact my neighbors. If my neighbors had recieved it i would have it! When i did not agree she disconnected the phone call. I made a second call to speak with a supervisor who said they were not at fault and did not hang up on me. I finally got him to agree to refund my money. I have not received the money and have alerted my bank for assistance. LD Ink Cartridges has lost my business. You can have a great product but when your customer service is rediculous it just turns people off!

EBay says they protect the buyer it's a lie. They will file a dispute and the seller will win. You will never GET A REFUND from e Bay or any of the low life companies they allow to sell on their shady site.

I am getting older and i sure don't want to look older who does right. So i google anti aging skin care and Murad.com is listed. I have never heard of Murad so i got on the site to see what they were all about. I signed up for emails alerts and the very first email was a welcome 20% off your first purchase code WELCOME20. So i got back on the website. They offer a lot of acne products but i don't have acne and sense i have never heard of them i wasn't going to spend $400 without knowing if the product was any good. So i found a couple items to purchase put in the code and it returned a 10% discount not 20% as promised. I replied to the welcome offer email asking why i only got a 10% discount. I was told it was because i selected a starter kit, mind you this starter kit is on an auto ship where it replenishes your supply indefinitely until cancelled so it is hardly a loser for Murad. And how would i know that it wasn't included there was no disclosure i would have needed to downloaded that from their website. So i will never know if Murad is a good product or snake oil. And telling me what i selected did not qualify is pretty shady its a lot like bait and switch. This is not how you win new customers. I have not heard back from Murad. If I do it will be because of this review. As a business owner the way you win new customers and keep them is to do what you say. Why offer something if you have stipulations where you can't use it? But no worries there are a lot of anti-aging skin care lines so i doubt missing this one is going to make any difference. Murad offered then refused. That is not only rude it's really a poor business practice.

Bought a wireless keyboard and mouse combo from Newegg. Well I thought it was Newegg turns out it's some third party through Newegg. Well I have a tracking number from UPS issued 3 days ago for a label but nothing has been shipped. HERE is where it gets good. I called and text and emailed customer service. I was told nothing could be done until they hear from the seller. Nevermind they have called twice and can't get them on the phone. So they finally reply to the email and it says we did not sell you this check with Newegg. Now I can't get newegg on the phone or by text or email. Looks like Newegg has bad egg on their face and now I wait. It's only $44 a price that may be to good to be true. But I would like an explanation and a refund I have my doubts I get either or my merchandise. I will never do business with Newegg. NEWEGG IS JUST A POLISHED UP BAD EGG. THERE IS A WHOLE LOT OF LIPSTICK ON THIS PIG!"

I purchased from gazelle got an iPhone to give my significant other for valintines day. Order *******. It never arrived thank God I used my paypal. Talked to Britney what a joke! She said file a claim with usps it was not gazelles problem. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM GAZELLE.
