Bought a full set of cartridges on 18th November.
They supplied the wrong cartridges!
Black Cartridge correct, colour cartridges wrong.
Contacted them.
Still waiting on resolution of wrongly supplied items!
Its now 9th December.
No reply from them regarding refund, return or supply of correct cartridges.
Can't give 0 stars so 1 will have to do.
PATHETIC COMPANY, AVOID!
DO NOT US THIS COMPANY - BE WARNED! THEY SELL INCOMPATIBLE CARTRIDGES BASED ON THEIR WEBSITE SUGGESTIONS - WILL TRY TO DODGE REFUNDING WITH LOTS OF EMAILS REQUESTING INFO/PICS ETC ETC.
USE CARTRIDGE WORLD INSTEAD AS CARTRIDGES PERFECT FROM THERE.
I contacted printerinks.com to replace a faulty ink cartridge. They provided me with some instructions to fix the faulty ink cartridges. I followed these instructions, but the cartridges were still giving problems. I then contacted printerinks.com for a replacement and they sent me replacement ink cartridges by first class post promptly. I would highly recommend printerinks.com

I contacted Printerinks because a cartridge was faulty and, as this was the only one available to replace the empty one, a replacement was urgently needed. I was received very promptly on telephoning and the problem dealt with most courteously. The replacement cartridge was delivered with the rest of the new order the following day. It was good to be treated so well by a real person who was keen to sort out the problem.
Excellent customer service, I had a slight problem with a compatible cartridge, however this was sorted asap with clear instructions and advice, would definitely recommend. John was knowledgeable, helpful, polite and friendly, many thanks

I put the wrong address down for delivery and it went to another country. John informed me so i gave him my current address and he sent them again.

Printerinks replied to my email about a problem I had within a very short space of time. The offered two options to deal with the problem. The first did not work and the second did.
I need my printer every day and so this was of tremendous importance to me.

DO NOT PURCHASE ink cartridges from this company, all they want to do is fob you off by email and will not listen to complaints on the phone.
End result is I have to purchase an new printer at a cost of £478.00

I had an issue with one of the cartidges not loading into my printer. Printerinks were great, didn't have too much of an issue with my request, just a few questions. I didn't have to send the cartridge back, so no cost in postage, and they just sent out a replacement. Now that's what I call hasstle free Thank you
