I called JTF and was on the call with Roy McDaniel. He was so professional. He handled my needs with patience and precision. He looked me up because I was unable to give him all the details of the machine. He talked me through the process of what could be wrong with the machine. When I say he has the patience of JOB, he knew I was getting frustrated and he maintained professionalism. I thank him for that. I did however get the machine fixed. He followed up with an email and then a phone call. I cannot thank him enough now the machine is working. It took a little patience and of course he helped with in the process. Thank you Roy McDaniel for your kind, professional and accurate service. Even your follow-up to show that you were genuine.

Just opened a new practice in Old Town and needed some new office equipment for my reception area and personal office. I was perusing the web, researching some decent options and came across JTF's site. Ended up calling their office to go over some options, Andre, was my rep and we was so helpful. He listened to all of my needs and made the perfect recommendation. He was attentive, caring, and even listened to be rant about my struggles of opening up my own business. At times I felt like he would make a great husband:)

It was truly refreshing to have someone who really wants to do what's best for me and not take advantage of a novice. To top it off, he even sent out a tech to set up my equipment and stopped by to make sure I was happy. He was so accommodating I felt a level of security with him, knowing that he would do whatever it takes to make sure we had exactly what we needed and expected.

The other reps were good too, but clearly Andre was the most seasoned and educated, in the company.

We have had a Dahle poster trimmer for the eight years I have worked as Office Administrator at a state university. Our Dahle trimmer has been an awesome asset. We have to produce a lot of posters to meet student needs for graduation projects, research exhibits, and presentations. In attempting to help me, one of the faculty members tore the blade off the trimmer. I was able to replace it, but it has never worked completely right since. I just got approval to replace it, and hardly knew where to start. I saw the "Dahle" brand name on the trimmer and google searched. I found the exact same trimmer with a referral to JTF as an authorized dealer. JTF actually had exactly the trimmer I was looking for ON SALE. Despite being in the throes of a telephone system revamping that threw their internet into disarray, Roy McDaniels and Lydia Venuti were able to gather my information, prepare a quote, accept my payment and get my product on the way. It was such a relief to deal with such helpful people.

The company has worked well with resolving the issues of the copier/printer not connecting with our computer. They stayed in contact with us until the issues was resolved.

Placed an order for printheads for my copier, gave them my credit card information. After 8 days I sent an email as I had heard nothing about the order since the order was placed, no response (even though they say they sent an email back) the 9th day I called since I had received no response not only was their website a SCAM for the products I ordered they had no intention of sending the products to me. Mostly sat on hold trying to get an answer.
They do not communicate
They do not have the product they advertise
They have no intention of shipping what you order
They have your credit card information
