I have bee purchasing from TonerBuzz for the past five years and must say that the company is a wonderful resource. In June of 2023, I purchased 4 Black and a 3-pack of color toners for my HP laser printer. TonerBuzz delivered the next morning and saved me over $150 if I had purchased locally. I do not hesitate recommending TonerBuzz to my friends.
The purchased set of the original cartridge with toner in different colors pleases all the household members of our house, but especially the young generation. Therefore, the product is high-quality, long-term and desired. There are no hesitations, I will continue to shop, the service is just class.
I ordered my first order on December 5, and because of a third party (a Payment Verification Company), my order got cancelled. But, since then, TonerBuzz has provided me with more than just amazing customer service. They really took my order seriously and went above and beyond in offering me some great benefits! I reordered, and payment went through. And when my order reached its destination (Saudi Arabia), FedEx charged me some extra charges, which, upon sending an email to TonerBuzz support, they even took care of that! And I get a call from FedEx saying that my shipment is ready for pickup, and TonerBuzz took care of the payment! Really, such amazing customer service is really rare these days. I'm truly thankful to the TonerBuzz team, and especially Katherine. You guys rock!
