Scam when its about COD

LBC i usw for business and already 2 times they didn't transfer the COD amount to bankaccount. I first needed to ask where is my payment after waiting over 4 weeks. Then recently it happened again. Texted the support and already waiting more than two weeks. Looks like they are trying to scam their customers. Hate u!

Worst service and also on if mist pricy shipping. Took me over one full month to get a response from the email customer service. Cannot recommend as a business owner! Better go j&t

Terrible experience

I booked to ship a box from the midwest USA to the Philippines using their website.
Upon completion of the booking and payment info, they charged my card and their website went to an error page without giving me any information about the booking I just place. Their customer service wanted a booking number that I assured them repeatedly I never received.
I even tried a second time, silly me. My bank even allowed them to steal a total of $260.

Zero stars for sure!

I was a frequent customer for LBC Balikbayan box, extremely disappointed as upon asking an email for higher management same copy paste answer was given. Very unreasonable response. My box from Singapore to Manila was only 8 days. Now for 9 days my box not.yet received,

Bad Customer Service

A Blactown Crew seems to make her own judgement on what items and qty that can be sent via airfreight. She contradict LBC website list of items allowed to be sent.
She says Costume jewelleries not allowed and perfume bottles are limited to 2.
Website says otherwise on Costume jewellery and perfume nor qty is mentioned for perfumes.
If there are changes on what and items qty that are allowed, it should be published. It will save customers from walking 10 minutes with a heavy box at hand.

Shipped a laptop from malabon to san antonio sto tomas batangas. Been 3 days the status is still out for delivery but no one is coming to deliver nor calling about the parcel. Called customer service multiple times and didn't get any help from them. Same excuses.

Had to go to the warehouse to just pick it up and they said they didn't know where san antonio is that's why they couldn't deliver it. What a reason! Customer service said the delivery man will call once arrived at the location but the warehouse personnel told us they never call to deliver they just drop it! Fix your service!

Yet another disappointment with LBC service

The document sent from Singapore to Albay, South Luzon has not been delivered yet. Despite using an air freight service, it failed to arrive within the expected timeframe.
Since May 15,2024, the Legazpi delivery team has been sitting on the document and has failed to deliver it.
Doesn't the LBC team understand that customer documents are important and need to be delivered as soon as possible? LBC Singapore has been emailing LBC Legazpi, but there has been no response. I also have not received any proper response from LBC customer service.

Wrong input of the status at tracking website

I would like to express my disappointment with the service provided by your Legazpi delivery team.

Not only did they withhold my package from October 4th, 2023, until October 17th, 2023, which is when it was delivered, but they also incorrectly updated the delivery date in your tracking system.

According to your tracking system, the package was falsely marked as delivered on October 8th, 2023, instead of the actual date, which was October 17th, 2023.

As a customer, I believe that a reputable company like LBC should prioritize transparency in their services and refrain from inputting incorrect information in their system to portray an image of efficiency to the public or LBC's management.

I have attached a screenshot that shows the static image from when your delivery personnel arrived to deliver the package. Please look at the top left corner of the picture to verify the date and time.

I hope that the management will thoroughly investigate this matter, as it is a significant issue. Such incidents can significantly erode the trust that customers place in LBC's services.

Useless courier!

No updates for my package from Singapore for the past 2 weeks. 5 customer service agents later and constant emails, still no update. You guys are absolutely useless, I will continue to encourage friends and family to boycott you!

Very Poor Service

LBC is taking too long! They texted me yesterday that my parcel is gonna arrive but then it got delayed again, I was supposed to get it within four day and it already took them 2 weeks yet they still didn't manage to deliver it, I've been patient enough but their service is so poor!

Any star is not appropriate. The worse services. Pasay IKEA to Cavite, 10 days (ordered on 20 Dec) and not yet delivered & we are advised that we can pick it up in LBC Cavite warehouse LBC customer service is basically useless.

LBC is an overall lame business. Its always offline, always no money to give when you are receiving money, it sucks. S U C K S! I have been going to lbc for years now and they never change. Your basically going there in exchange of disappointment.

Sent two boxes together, one box delivered first then second box delivered 4 days after the other, Surprisingly, when family opened the second box almost half of the box is empty, they love my towels because these are some of the items that gone missing and a lot more stuffs, Definitely, not using your service again not anymore. Monkey business!

LBC Express withheld delivery of urgently needed cancer medicine to me a local senior citizen in Baguio recently.
They claimed they made 3 attempts but no one home. We were here always and Lazada, Shopee even grab made deliveries during this time.
This company (Baguio office) has the WORST reviews online of any company I have ever seen in my 30 years of being on line!
Their corporate office needs to come and fire everyone and start over with competent personnel.
People, don't accept this behavior from business complain to corporate and post across internet until there is change!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I cannot say that LBC is a good company. Their customer service is unbelievably poor and so is the website is Not user-friendly. My box was picked up in August 2022 and it has not reached the destination (Philippines) up to this date November 29,2021. I called them and I was told that it's still in Korea and was there since September. They cannot tell the expected arrival in the Philippines. Tracking Number renders useless because it does not really track the package. I made several follow-ups but the answer was the same "I don't know" and no certainty. I noticed also that in my previous shipments, some items were missing but the LBC seal was not broken which explains that the boxes could have been opened in their warehouse and were re-sealed so it will show that they were never opened. I've heard a lot of bad things about LBC that they are unreliable and Not Trustworthy. Beware of this company...

Missed pickup
August 1, 2023

How many times we schedule a pickup and wait, and wait only to find they won't come. We call their office and they either have only a voice mail box and don't return your call, or the operator just ask for confirmation number and tells us what we already know... "um, sorry mam, they missed the pickup". This service is poor customer service and really waste your time.

LBC poor service picked up my box 24 January 2004 arrival in Philippines's 30 of march. Other cargo company is 1 months,maximum is 6 weeks. LBC is 10 weeks I was do disappointed and never again

I have a documents sent from philippines to Tunisia, Those documents so important for me and my wife, we need them to do wedding in tunisia,
This service is so slow, we will not make it in time at this rate
Now it's been 5 days the package still in philippines.

I hope they do their job in time,
I tried to reach company support but no reaction,
Seeing the old comments and feedbacks make feel stressed and unlucky

Undelivered shipment
November 19, 2023

I shipped in LBC on August 19,2023 from Saudi Arabia to the Philippines.
3 months past, November 20,2023 nothing delivered yet.
I brought this issue to the nearest LBC office but until now no feedback of what happened to the shipment.
I sent an email to LBC customer service but no reply.
Customer service by phone is none existent.

I don't know for some reason this company is already established and yet fail to stick with their timings. The delivery way to slow they keep the items to storage for long time prior to delivery. I will consider to go with other courier provider than LBC worst at worst. Plus people way too lazy in here goshhh! It's 2023 still turtle management and system.

Don't give wrong information. 3-4 days estimated time of arrival. When we check to the branch to pick up we need to wait for another 6-8 working days to arrive. So total of 12 days please be specific when giving information to your customers.

Disappointing
April 26, 2022

A very disappointing courier to use for in any transactions. It has been 45 days already since they collected the box from UAE. As per the website, the box has reached LBC Naga. It has been 5 days already and still they cannot deliver the box in the designated address. The reason they are giving is that, it is an international parcel they are still waiting for the other boxes to arrived so that they can start the delivery. They even asked my mother to collect it since it is in the warehouse already. I paid for door to door service, why do you even ask to collect it where in fact it is your obligation on your part
Very incompetent company!
