My order has been ship at day 14 and now its day 21 and I've still haven't gottin my order.Please if you want to ship your order that you know would arrive in 5- 7 working days I would highly suggests J&T
The customer service representatives are rude! They didn't answer queries properly. Instead they got angry when you ask for an explanation. You can't even have an accurate answer for the tracking page. Service very slow.
Slow delivery and no updates when i track the package even when it said 2 to 5 days till the next update but it is now long overdue and still no update
It's funny when you write the name and adress down on the box and the paperwork you would assume they will send to the correct place well I was wrong.lbc have only one job and it's to deliver to correct place.i guess you can't fix stupid.I should have learn My lesson read all the review.lbc is horrible nextime I'll use manila express
No showed on original date of pickup called the following day to again schedule a pickup and no showed again called and the excuse is truck had mechanical problem now coming from the Philippines this is equivalent to the excuse my grandma died the second time. Ended up going to manila Express and got a discount will never use LBC. I wanted to give a Negative Rating!
Sent Balikbayon from USA to Manila. Have been tracking the package since it left port in USA. Great progress getting to Taiwan then to Subic port. Fast off loading from Subic to Manila warehouse. One day transfer to Taguig delivery team. Here the box has sat for over one week. Minutes from it's final destination. Absolutely no help from LBC customer service. They say they will contact the delivery team with my concerns. Nothing happens. Box still is with Taguig delivery team. How can the box get off loaded from the ship, through customs, forwarded from Subic to Manila warehouse, then to Taguig, faster than it can get it's final delivery? I worry now the box has been stolen or items taken from the box. Not a happy customer.
They don't even deserve 1 star. They deserve less than that. Im warning you not to use their service especially their dfa passport delivery service in dfa aseana. They wont inform you about the status and why they failed to deliver. Days will pass in oblivion. As a resort, you as a customer have to do your own investigation about the whereabouts of your parcel. And if you request for a refund since they did not do their part. They will send you an email about closing the said case and won't even apologise for the inconvenience they caused you. Such a disappointing experience. I wont use them anymore in my future transactions. I don't recommend their service at all.
LBC is stole our money. Be very careful with this company! We sent a parcel with through LBC with COD and after the customer paid (more then 3K), LBC did not wan't to give us the money. It has been over 4,5 months and all the 12 times we have been to their office, they tell us their system is down. Their system is down for 4,5 months? Wow!
I called LBC to schedule a pick up and was given August 10 as the pick up date. I also asked if I can use my credit card the rep of LBC said yes. On August 10, I used my Mastercard and it did not go through. I used my Visa card and it did not go through. My cards has available balance of $8K. I printed statements last week and both cards showed LBC charges. LBC charged both my visa and mastercard!
I called LBC and asked why my cards were charged when the freight was paid in cash. The dumb employee said that the charges will be reversed in 48 hrs. That was two weeks ago and the LBC has not reversed the charges.
I'm not going to use LBC again, they said "consignee unknown in the add" which is not true.they not even contacted the sender and the receiver.Rubbish service,as you can see how many days passed, but they not even bother to contact the sender and receiver.And at the moment,(17th February)they delivered it to the reciever( how come that now they found the address)and that parcel is intended for UK, person came back here Feb 1 and Feb 8.Tentative delivery was January30-31.Dint ever try to use LBC, if you don't want to be stressed...My rating should be NEGATIVE not even 1 but they don't have.
It's 4mos now since boxes were picked up from my house in san antonio, until now it still en rout to the final destination, emailed LBC 3x, just told me that they will update me soonest, never get back to me, called hotline customer service, can't tell me what's going now, they just told me they will follow up. My friend sent me a used phone from Cebu delivery to my condo in BGC. It was dropped off noon on December 19th 2023. It is NOW December 26th 2023 and NO PHONE and NO UPDATE since December 21st saying nothing really? The estimated delivery is 2 to 5 days. 5 days? Are they bringing by horse drawn cart? This is CRAZY! Nag hulog ng maaga tapos mareceive daw ang package pagkahapon kasi same province pero pagtawag ng CS 2-4days pa. 770php ang shipping tas ang liit ng gadget na pinadala namin tas same province lang Silay negros to Binalagan negros occidental. Ang CS walang empathy pagsabi ko ng issue ko. Ive send parcels to different destinations. I have four transactions, and four transactions FAIL to reach the destinations when we have written the correct place where they need to deliver it. WHY THEY HAVE TO DROP IT TO OTHER DESTINATION! We tried to contact them via email but no one is really responding! And employees to that branch i think doesnt know their standards and doesnt know what to answer. Do they just wait for salary to come? If you cannot deliver all of it please! Send it back to us now!' I should have never used LBC to ship my balikbayan box from US to the Philippines. I sent out my package in West Covina, CA for shipping on Sept. 3 but until now Nov. 22, it has not reached the recipient in Quezon City. I followed it up with them several times after the box reached the Quezon City warehouse but the customer service people (*******424) kept giving me the same response "I will expedite the shipping of your package." When I called back, I found out there were no responses from the warehouse. Apparently, they were being dishonest because they did not really do anything. They could not even give a date as to when the box will be delivered. Do not be fooled by the sweet voices of the customer reps. I WILL NEVER AGAIN SEND ANY PACKAGE THRU LBC! It is unreliable, disorganized, and unprofessional.
My parcel with tracking# ************** was shipped by my seller last Oct. 1,2022 at DAVAO CITY. Until today Oct. 13,2022, NO PARCEL HAS ARRIVE.
Only to found out that my parcel declared as MISSING BY LBC'S NEGLIGENCE.

LBC Express in the Philippines does not even deserve even a single star at all. The worst service ever encountered. I ordered a set of items in Manila to be shipped over to Pampanga and it was guaranteed to be delivered in 2-3 days, so that the recipient in Pampanga can take the package item with her to the United States. It did not happen. The recipient had been back in the States for 2 weeks already, and still the package was not delivered, due to some shipping issue whatever it is. I decided to request for RETURN to SENDER just so I can get the items in time for our party, and it's been a week, the item is still floating within the destination branch. It's been already a month, yet nothing has been resolved, even though I already came up with the worst case solution of returning it to the sender. Because of this worst nightmare, I have no choice but to reorder the items and request the sender to ship the item internationally. I requested not to use this carrier any longer. LBC has caused too much trouble and inconvenience, plus money to customer like me. I guess it's not a surprise based on most, if not all, of the reviews online.
Answer: 5 day i think... tsaka kita naman po sa status. Ang tagal ko hinintay sa labas ng bahay. Walang dumating. Pag check ko sa online tracking. Bakit ganyan ang report.? Parang hindi naman nag punta yung delivery man nila
