This company should go under... we shipped 2 boxes on the same day with them they got separated and one got lost for 2 weeks then sat at the port for another 3 weeks before it left... the first box got there and was retaped with items missing out of it... we know lbc will blame customs it has happened to us before... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A BUNCH OF THEIVES... We contacted customer service 3 days ago to talk to a "SUPERVISOR" guess what no return call... DEFINATELY ALL LOSERS... ATLAS IS A FAR BETTER COMPANY AND VERY CUSTOMER ORIENTED...
Called multiple times due to unprofessionalism of this company, they never come in on the scheduled pick up times and customer service always give inconsistent resolution to their unprofessionalism.
COD or delivery service is very poor quality. Whenever there are some complications on the delivery address, it is very hard to correct it. They won't call you for verification. Very bad process.

Today I just had the worst experience to be treated by LBC driver (HIS NAME IS YUSRI) He collected my box and at the same time deliver a new empty box that I requested. He forced me to pay the $10 deposit for the empty box just because he saw another box in my house WHICH IS NOT MINE. The DRIVER concluded and assume that I am wasting their box and thus, forced me to pay the $10. I've been LBC customer long time and i believed you have the inventory and records of the boxes that i order (you can double-check my record is in your system) I make sure to send out the boxes that i ordered. IT IS WRONG FOR YOUR DRIVER TO PUT THE BLAME ON ME FOR NOT USING THE EMPTY BOX THAT HE SAW AND THUS FORCE ME TO PAY THE $10 DEPOSIT FOR THE NEW EMPTY BOX. HE DON'T EVEN GIVE ME A RECEIPT FOR THE $10!. YUSRI'S ATTITUDE IS THE WORST DELIVERY DRIVER THAT I EXPERIENCED! HE IS RUINING LBC'S Business IMAGE AND REPUTATION! NOT GOOD FOR YOU TO KEEP THIS KIND OF EMPLOYEE! A DRIVER WHO BLAMES AN INNOCENT CUSTOMER!
I called the LBC Customer Service Hotline, and they have told me "the problem in LBC Singapore, is not their problem". Wow. Bakit nagkaron pa ng hotline kung hindi pa nila problema ang problema ng mga customer ng LBC... very frustrating..

From Bulacan to Quezon City 1-2 days lead time. Since yesterday there's no update, and *******@Kalayaan delivery team in QC. I'm expecting this yesterday. I spoke to one of csr and told me that lbc del track and trace is not updated, seriously Lbc? Whats the use? Worst courier service, immune na mga empleyado wala ng paki sa mga complaint ng tumatawag sa kanila. Bastos pa kausap, kunyari di daw naririnig yung caller, lumang style na yan. My other package also went to the wrong city, it shouldv'e been transported to Bohol, but the package went to Cebu when the tracker already updated that it has passed in Bohol, why did you send the package to Cebu when it already reached Bohol the first place? Subrang bagal dumating ng delivery tanggalin nyo na ang express na word sa name nyo walang kwenta yung express an word dahil sa subrang bagal ng service nyo. I contacted LBC to find out why their couriers keep cancelling heavy or large orders I buy off Lazada site, all my orders get delivered to whichever lbc partnered courier services around the Philippines by the sellers then they sit there from a week to a month then the couriers return them to the sellers and all with the same lying reason "unable to fulfil order due to unexpected technical issue" (translation: to lazy to lift a heavy or large parcel) 7 orders in a week in different parts of the Philippines all have the exact same reason and 1 order delivered to the couriers office and told me to come and get it because that is as far as they go except it is a 2 day trip for us to get it?
I have asked the question directly to LBC 4 times now with all the order numbers, "why won't you deliver any large or heavy items?" and as expected from this type of company the response was "sorry but contact Lazada" hahahaha what a joke. There is a problem with the delivery service so call the seller? Both Lazada and LBC have told me to contact each other passing the blame and not answering a single question. 90%of the people in our area refuse to use LBC as their services are so bad it is better to go without and wait until you can buy it directly from a seller on the mainland. I personally have only had 2 items delivered out of many many deliveries that were undamaged, very bad if at all any training for their couriers and absolutely 100% no care taken with any packages. I've seen them roll a heavy box straight off the back of a high truck onto the ground without the slightest concern of lifting it down just push and "Bang". All this has to be stamped out right from the top if they want to be able to have a trustworthy, reliable delivery service. If I was the managing director of Lazada I would dump LBC and its partners as quick as look at them.
