When I sent the package I inquired as to how long delivery will take. They said 3.business days. It's now 8 days and still no update. Lbc is useless. Will never use them again. Never again. Cannot be trusted. Departure was 29th of July, i received sms of estimated arrival in Manila which is August 18,2020 but Until now the box is still in Malaysia Port! More than 1 month in Malaysia!
I went to LBC office Binangonan to drop a parcel after book it on the LBC website. But, the code I got was invalid as I edited my booking. I had no phone load so I had to leave to get the code for the edited booking and return. When I did retur with the edited code it did not work as well. The clerk who served me was really awesome. She got my phone and did rebooked my freight. She was also very careful and did dubbel checked the information before so there was no errors. One of the best customer experinces I had

I think your radio station is fantastic. I listen from early morning ( Nick) to super James OBrien, then turn on again at 4 pm. Sat and Sun is the best with Maajid. Best one. BUT your advertisement are TERRIBLE, especially if you are sick in bed and have to listen to them repeatedly, girl with Vodafone and other ads she does, every 20 mins of air time there is 3 mins of dreadful ads. Is it BBC from now on.

LBC tracking service said that they tried to deliver the package but the house was closed so they had to deliver the package again at another business day, when there was no one that arrived outside our house. We would know if there was someone delivering a package outside the house since everyone of my family member would hear it and they delivered it at 11:00 pm. This is just dissappointing.
Lbc Hari ng Langayan. Social media accounts are useless template driven spineless degenerates. You call yourself lbc express? Your service is not express at all. It's uber delayed. Tracking is useless when you can't see movement. Just cryptic not refreshing system messages.
We sent 2 boxes from Canada to Philippines. My family received the boxes 1/2 full with all the most expensive stuff stolen. They retaped the boxes back up. L BC refuses to acknowledge or give us a refund.
My package was delivered past 6pm on a Saturday. I was not able to go with my other schedule since there's no one to receive except me. I hope they deliver like Lazada wherein someone will text and you can actually reply to the their message unlike their generated message to the customer.
LBC is not even worth giving a single star. Worst courier service in the Philippines! I entrusted them with an important parcel that was supposed to be delivered within 24-48 hours. 4 days went by and after several calls made to their call center, they still couldn't locate the parcel. They keep on saying that they will make a report and will follow up. They shouldn't give false hopes to the public through their web media stating that their delivery will only take 1 day for NCR and Luzon area. This courier service is careless. If they keep on doing this to their customers perhaps its best for their DTI certificate revoked.
I SHIP A PARCEL LAST DEC 11, CALLED MANY TIMES AND INSTRUCTED THEM TO TELL THE RIDER TO CALL THE CUSTOMER DURING THE DELIVERY PROCESS, THE DELIVERY RIDER NEVER CALLED THE RECEIVER NOT EVEN ONCE. NEVE USED THIS LOGISTICS COMPANY. VERY INCOMPETENT.

Will text that package be delivered for a particular day but none will arrive and put on record that no one around to receive it. We were around waiting but no one from LBC. They have no time given for the delivery to arrive & no cellphone, no contact for the courier unlike other companies.
If there is a zero, I would give it to them. Contact # is not working, not responding to email. It has bee n a month and the document has not arrived yet, the tracking site does not say anything. I paid 1600 pesos, from Philippines to USA.
I am hearing impaired and I read lips. I sent money for my wife's family in the Philippines twice this month of July. I informed the Stockton LBC branch customer service guy yesterday and also the woman there 3 wks ago that I read lips. They were wearing masks behind a flexi glass on the counter and I was 6 feet away from them. I requested them politely many times to please lower their mask so I can read lips (they can immediately put their mask back on after they talked) to make transactions but to no avail. I had to call my wife in Lodi to put her on speaker phone to help me in my predicament. There was enough social distancing and plexi glass in between us but their lack of understanding to someone like me was very upsetting and frustrating.
It's time to look for another way of sending money to the Philippines!

1. Origin branch made a mistake with the address but on the receipt, it is correct.
2. Delivery of the document was sent over a month ago.
3. E-mailed customer service and was told to go to origin branch.
4. E-mailed customer service asking for the current location of the document instead because I could not easily go to origin branch since it is quite far from home.
5. Asked for the branch where the document currently is being held so recipient can pick it up instead.
Customer relations specialists of lbc are unhelpful. I already told them in my e-mail that the document is urgent and I only needed to know the branch where it is held so the recipient can pick it up. They only kept telling me to go to origin branch instead. I've reitirated time and again that I could not go to Tacloban as easily before in this pandemic but they refuse to understand my situation.
ALL THE NEGATIVES ARE HERE! WHAT MORE CAN YOU ASK? This does not deserve even a star. I sent 2 boxes on March 22- received July 2022. Sent another 2(to Manila) on May, received Sept 2022. I had a lot of expired items because of this. What they did to me is heartless. Some of the items are broken (coffee, frames). But wait there's more. Lots of my items are missing (watches, signature sunnies, heaps of canned goods(leg ham and corned beef), chocolates, lego toys, stuffed toys etc. Please don't make a mistake on sending to this company. I hope these people learn their lessons.
My order has been ship at day 14 and now its day 21 and I've still haven't gottin my order.Please if you want to ship your order that you know would arrive in 5- 7 working days I would highly suggests J&T
The customer service representatives are rude! They didn't answer queries properly. Instead they got angry when you ask for an explanation. You can't even have an accurate answer for the tracking page. Service very slow.
