Can you please help me with this. Or can you send me a battery cover instead of sending back the item.
Bought $200 worth of products using my American credit card during Dec 2016. Realised I was allergic to the skin product so I opted for a refund in Jan 2017. Before I got refunded, I called a sales representative to express my concern because I cancelled my American card before returning to Singapore and refunding the money back to that account would be impossible. Explicitly mentioned how refunding to that credit card would cause complication because that bank is in America. Staff REASSURED me he will liaise with the finance team to change it to store credits and gave me the GREEN LIGHT to return my products. Happily returned my products and few days later, got an email that my refund has been processed. EVEN received an email from the staff telling me how to use the store credits. UNBELIEVABLY, when I called to enquiry about the store credit voucher number. The staff apologise and say that this is the receipt of us refunding the money BACK to your American bank account (face palm). Called the customer service again and again and each time, they repeatedly told me they can't do anything about it. Finally, after MANY calls>> situation was brought up to the manager and I thought he will handle my situation properly because this was clearly an internal communication issue. Today, received an email stating: we can't do anything about it because we already refunded to your American bank acc. We suggest you call your American bank to get the money out. Well done Lazada, you're asking me to take my money out of a closed account and your staff was aware of this situation. If I knew your customer service was a mess, I rather not refund my $200'worth of product. Worse customer service ever!

I'm very disappointed and I wouldn't recommend using a Credit Card for transactions with them. I ordered 2 batteries worth 450 pesos each (*******). Item was delivered after 2 days which is surprisingly fast! However when I checked the product, the brand is different, packed in a box for 2 pcs but there's only 1 item. I then immediately returned it via LBC. Called cust service who confirmed they have the returned item and refund is being processed. I don't want a refund! I told them I want a replacement with the correct product and quantity. Of course the CSR promised me a replacement, actually I made 3 more calls within a week with them worth 200 pesos and heard the same thing. But still, they are refunding it FOR ONLY 1 ITEM? Where in I paid for 2 items? Until now I'm trying to call them but they won't let me speak to a supervisor. BRAVO LAZADA. Thank you for messing up my card. All I want is a replacement!

At First I though Lazada was Good on my first order they bought the item on the next day but there was sudden change in their delivery time then they only said that there will only be 5 days limit in order for our order to be recieve but this time when i ordered they only showed up in 2 weeks WTF! Answer: You can't tell from online usually. It's why have to purchase from reputable reliable vendors. Someone selling knockoffs, counterfeit and fake products will usually use the OEM specifications and often use the original OEM photos. I always read comments, reviews and most anything else about a seller/vendor to get an idea about what previous buyers had to say. I also look at the OEM website for a list of authorized dealers. Of course there is the "gray market" as well. Vendors who import authentic phones but they are not authorized so they wont have the OEM Manufacturers warranty. Many of these sellers/shops offer an in-house warranty and will repair phones in their own shop. Just realize they won't stock parts so even if they are decent people you may wait weeks for repairs to be completed. Most authorized dealers and repair shops will often just give you a replacement phone (usually remanufactured in pristine condition) or, if a simple repair, may have the parts in-stock. So your best bet is either use an authorized dealer or research to find one of the reliable 3rd party sellers. As the old adage (saying) goes "if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't. If the price is well below what an authorized dealer or reputable shop, then it's likely it's not an original phone. You may have to save up a little longer to buy but in the long run its usually worth the extra money. Finally, I often look at the OEMs who either sell directly or use one of the bigger retail or online websites (for example, Lazada selling Xiaomi smartphones. At least you are dealing with a seller with written guarantees and refund/return policies that (somewhat) protect the Buyer. The only alternative is to either buy the lowest cost phones that won't break your savings if they break quickly OR buy from one of the Mobile Carriers (Smart, Globe, etc) Hope this helps. Good luck.
